“I got to the Michaels store last night about two minutes before they closed because I had forgotten I had Amazon returns that had to be sent that day. I was expecting a bad attitude because I it was so close to closing time They were all so nice!!! They were very understanding. They even helped me get the packages ready to send. There were three people at the register helping me, plus the lovely woman who waited at the door let me out after the store had closed. Sadly, I did not get all of their names, but I did see the name tags for Grey and Kathryn. These are employees to be proud of. Great service, all four of you ladies!!! Thank you!!”
“Crown is a great place to work. I have been working here for over 7 years and upper management cares about their employees and tries to take care of them. They offer medical, dental, vision, short-term, long-term disability, profit-sharing (after 1 year), 401 K (after 1 year), holiday pay and PTO. Crown tends to promote from within. So as long as you have a good work ethic and great attendance you can move your way up the organization. One of the best perks Crown offers is that everyone gets 30 minute paid lunch and get one 10 minute break in an 8-hour shift.”

“My experience was pleasant the service was excellent and everything was handled smoothly, I recommend using this pharmacy, it's a Walgreens not a FedEx location they have a on site location for pick ups and drop offs I believe, but I was there to pick up a script for my cold, they said 40 minute wait and it was only 10 minutes maybe 15 max so they're extremely fast here.”

Was a bit frustrating getting it done but was mostly my part not being ready as I forgot my Dropbox credentials and had to reset my passwords to just get in to print a PDF. But when I went early in the morning it wasn't busy and I went in and out without having to talk to anyone which makes it nice and fast.”

“I won't discount the negative experiences that others have had with this delivery service. But fortunately for me, my package just arrived in great condition in my area of Ohio. They delivered my package without incident. It was placed on my front porch and was immediately updated as delivered, which is how I knew it was there. Every update was accurate and it even came a little earlier.I feel so bad for everyone that has had to take a loss for the either the negligent, or out right disrespectful and unprofessional handling of their property. Yeah, it's their property, they paid for it. And some of compensation should afforded to them.”

He has amazing customer service. If he is not a manager or higher up he should be considered because he was pleasant, patient and helped identify solutions..all while still keeping the store running smoothly.. greeting new customers when they came in and still managing to help other customers as well. wouldn't come to burden him with your issues but I can tell you he understands his job and cares about the customers who come through the door.
