“I got to the Michaels store last night about two minutes before they closed because I had forgotten I had Amazon returns that had to be sent that day. I was expecting a bad attitude because I it was so close to closing time They were all so nice!!! They were very understanding. They even helped me get the packages ready to send. There were three people at the register helping me, plus the lovely woman who waited at the door let me out after the store had closed. “I had one of those “this is a long shot, but let’s try it” moments today and I’m so glad I walked into the FedEx Office Print and Ship Center on Miamisburg Centerville Road.
I had a closing scheduled for 1:00 PM and stopped in at 10:15 AM hoping to recreate a custom sign similar to one I had done a couple years ago. My client had been looking forward to taking a closing photo with something like it, so I figured I would at least ask.
Victoria, the manager, stepped in to help and absolutely crushed it.
Not only did she say they could do it, she confidently told me they could have it ready before my closing since they were not as busy as usual. I quickly emailed over the logos, showed her a photo of the original, and explained the changes I wanted.
Less than an hour later, I had a proof in my inbox. By 12:30 PM, I was walking out with a finished, high quality sign in hand just in time for closing.
That level of speed, communication, and execution is rare.
To top it off, while I was standing in line, the customer in front of me mentioned she drives 20 miles out of her way just to come to this location because of how well they handle their work. After today, I completely understand why.

“My experience was pleasant the service was excellent and everything was handled smoothly, I recommend using this pharmacy, it's a Walgreens not a FedEx location they have a on site location for pick ups and drop offs I believe, but I was there to pick up a script for my cold, they said 40 minute wait and it was only 10 minutes maybe 15 max so they're extremely fast here.”

Was a bit frustrating getting it done but was mostly my part not being ready as I forgot my Dropbox credentials and had to reset my passwords to just get in to print a PDF. “On 3/11/23 I arrived 5 minutes before closing. The only employee in the stoor still helped me with shipping my package and printing my label from a return email I was having issues with. “I won't discount the negative experiences that others have had with this delivery service. But fortunately for me, my package just arrived in great condition in my area of Ohio. They delivered my package without incident. It was placed on my front porch and was immediately updated as delivered, which is how I knew it was there. Every update was accurate and it even came a little earlier.I feel so bad for everyone that has had to take a loss for the either the negligent, or out right disrespectful and unprofessional handling of their property. Yeah, it's their property, they paid for it. And some of compensation should afforded to them.”

When we tried to bring it in it was so heavy we couldn't lift it (140lb) the driver was making another delivery but before he left he seen us struggling so he came back and carried it in the house for us when he didn't have to.
