They take time to get customers measured, bring a bunch of options, and work with you to ensure everything fits very well, even for difficult body shapes. This service helps customers feel good and normal in a bra, often for the first time in a very long time. The products are comfy, nice, and good quality. The bras and undies fit very well and are solidly made, with a great selection and variety in both styles and sizes. While they may put a dent in the pocketbook, the customer service and selection are so worth it. The experience earns loyalty, making customers switch from other brands and become repeat customers, with many stating they will definitely be coming back and bringing others.
Never can find well-fitting bras, but Brooklyn was soooo helpful! Got me all measured up and brought me a bunch of options to try. Above and beyond customer service! Monica rang me out and was equally delightful! A++++ service!

The bras are so comfy and fit very well. The undies are equally as comfy with a great fit. I have been loyal to Calvin Klein and Victoria’s Secret, but I am making the switch! I’ll never go back.
