I was in last week. Rachel in Misses/Contemporary assisted me. She put forth extra effort to help me find what I was looking for(an item that I believed was no longer available). She not only found it but also took the time to find my size in another location and ordered it! She is a very nice young lady with exceptional customer service skills!”

“Although alot of the styles sold here are way out of my comfort zone, I can always find something that makes me feel more confident. Also, when I go to Torrid I don't dread clothes shopping like everywhere else I go because I know I'll find something that fits in just the way I want it to. Staff at every location I've been to (which is alot) has been friendly and eager to help. Most of the time they'll even hype you up when trying things on and be honest when something just doesn't work on you which I really appreciate!”

“I went this location yesterday, and the check-out time was around 3:30pm.This was my first time visiting this location, and the customer service was great!They have lots of selections, so I was able to get what I was looking for.There were people had to wait for a little bit to get into the fitting room, but the staff with short light-brown hair, wearing glasses handled it smoothly. Also, this employee kindly assisted everyone to go to an empty room. ?It could've been better if they put a sign like "line starts here" or "do not enter this way" though. ?After I picked items I want, waited for check-out. There were 4 cashiers at the register, but they were busy with long line of waiting. One of then ended up call another cashier to come to the register.Then, this cashier lady's customer service was a top notch! Not only her kindness made me feel happy, but the beautiful smile and cute blue dress were plus as well! ?And the fun joke made my day. ??Thank you so much!”

“I wish I would have gotten her name. I was in there today (3/9/2024) and the wonderful woman that measured me was so patient and helpful. She brought me what felt like a dozen different bras to try and I went home with 5 bras in the 2 different styles I was wanting. Definitely recommend this place if you need fitted. She was knowledgeable and just the best. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!”

“What fye lacks in new releases they make up for in the interesting characters that are in or near the store like apron boy who is not an employee but a mall dweller then theres barnaby he eats from the garbage can outside the store i often walk by he looks up cinnabon frosted lips banana peel hanging from his mouth and says “good soup” they mean no harm or offense you gotta love em”
“The sizes hear run small. I know that is a brand for teens but some things are true to size while others are not. I have found the jeans and shorts to be smaller, along with the dresses. I'm usually an xs but at Hollister I'm a small and sometimes a medium in certain things”
