The bras are so comfy and fit very well. The undies are equally as comfy with a great fit. I have been loyal to Calvin Klein and Victoria’s Secret, but I am making the switch! I’ll never go back.

Customer service was horrible, my wife wanted to return a defective product and the young woman behind the counter was giving us dirty looks and was very rude? Even though my wife had the receipt, there was no offer to help or even give it any thought, no discount or swap? So yeah, just ended up throwing away a brand new bra in the outside garbage can!

I ordered two bras online that didn’t work out. One was too large and the others strap snapped right when I put it on. I went to the store to return them and get new ones. The young girl that was working wasn’t very friendly and seemed to not want to be bothered that day. I told her I was unsure of what my actual size was but told her what I thought I might be. She got me two different styles. While trying them on, she came to check on me and I expressed that bras don’t seem to fit me properly and I showed her how they fit. I expressed maybe I need measured. She told me they fit me like they’re supposed to. I showed her again where my breast were popping out of the bottom. She again told me they fit correctly. Ok? She’s apparently the bra expert so I bought them. I’ve worn them several times and each time I’m constantly having to readjust my breast and pull them up in the bra cup. I heard great things about Soma so I was super excited to try them but I’m left disappointed. I guess my search continues for a comfortable bra for large breast.

This store is amazing! I've recently lost a good bit of weight and have sized out of most things I used to buy. Was sent here, and Maria Alexxa was so helpful and patient. She was super busy and stayed so kind the whole time. She helped me feel so good in a bra for the first time in a *very* long time and helped me find a variety that worked for me. I really don't feel like they could pay her enough and was sad to find out she couldn't take tips because man, my experience with her was just so perfect.
The bras are nice, good quality, and so comfortable🖤 this was my first purchase, and I will definitely be coming back and bringing others with me! The almost hour drive is worth it for the service and products!

I am soooo grateful for Soma! They may put a dent in the pocketbook, but the customer service and selection is sooo worth it! They make sure everything fits and work with you helping to get what you need!! I have a difficult body shape, but they have my size every time! THANK YOU SOMA! You make a lady feel like their body is normal! Also shout out to Shannon for helping me find and understand shape wear! I didn't feel like a boa constrictor was around me!

I wish I would have gotten her name. I was in there today (3/9/2024) and the wonderful woman that measured me was so patient and helpful. She brought me what felt like a dozen different bras to try and I went home with 5 bras in the 2 different styles I was wanting. Definitely recommend this place if you need fitted. She was knowledgeable and just the best. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Shannon was one of the most helpful associates I’ve encountered in years-enough to make me go back to in-person shopping. Shannon and Susie really know their inventory and the tools available to assist and support (pun intended). Kind, friendly, honest - highly recommend the drive to this store!!
