After years of being with them and prices going higher and higher. I went to see if they could give me a deal for lower pricing. Offered to give me a great offer if I cancel account. And start new one under other last name.Told me my next month bill would be $70 increase. So, the wife told them just to delete the account. Shocking, they said ok, no problem."A few hours later, we are steaming now.Youtube tv has the same channels, unlimited recording of shows for 9 months before it deletes it. All for $70+ month.Plus, LG smart TV has hundreds of LG channels for free.I think we're good and wish we cut the cable years ago

Horrible spectrum mobile service. The phone keeps pausing and I can't receive phone calls. I don't recommend spectrum mobile at all.

14 months of getting the bill wrong over and over and over again the only time they got it right was last month that was through customer retention and it only took 45 days for them to screw it up again. just spent 45 minutes on the phone over five dollars. What a waste of time canceling and going back to AT&T. Conversation was January 2/24 …7 PM. act ending in 01855778

They just called 2 days before Christmas at 830 am over a modem and router that need to return. I guess spectrum hates Christmas and Jesus! There's a difference between what's legal and what's right. Spectrum only cares about what's legal like scrooge. Gonna be making parody videos showing spectrum stabbing Jesus while he was on the cross and their spectrum trucks launching missiles towards Palestine, protected under US PARODY LAW

We have buffering EVERYDAY. Cannot watch any shows on spectrum...that we pay TOO much for. it is buffering as I type. we literally have 1 TV, and internet on MacBooks. There is only two people here. no streaming!! COME ON!!! WORSE SERVICE EVER!!!

The store is full of customers and the employees are more considered with checking there phones and going on break. I've had a reservation and am waiting over 15 minutes past my reservation while the employees go on break
