Long wait. The rep cancelled the wrong box so when I got home, our main TV was not working. Had to spend an hour and a half on the phone to get it fixed.

Love having spectrum.And I think there are good internet minus the fact that every year's like four months you guys crash and are down 4 to 6 hours If I wanted internet but went out Is team mobile , but I hope you guys fix
