Customers appreciate the hardworking employees, especially one who handled a busy shift alone with no fan and still provided quick, excellent service. The store offers popular items like breakfast pizza, which is a favorite for many. Employees are generally courteous and know what customers need, often making shopping easier. The coffee, especially the Brazilian coffee, is enjoyed by many. However, some customers have noticed a decline in the store’s condition since the 7-Eleven merger, with smaller products and packaging changes that seem to be shrinkflation. The store can be a little understaffed at times, and the automatic cash registers are not preferred by everyone, as they limit the ability to ask questions or find specific products. Overall, the staff's dedication and friendly atmosphere make Speedway a convenient and welcoming place for regular customers.
