“I rented a unit online without seeing the facility or knowing what I was getting into. After completing information online, the owner Sarah contacted me as I was calling them to verify some things and was very polite , explaining everything to me about how to enter the building and where my storage was located. Upon arrival, I was surprised at how the facility was set up. We drove into the secured facility and unload inside. There were carts available to use and the unit and facility was clean. The price is very reasonable as well. The only downside to me is the storage facility is not 24hrs and does close at 8pm but that's something I can work around.”

“I have used linden stop and lock about 8 years ago to store my daughter's belongings for college. Back then I remembered that the owner was very nice and I had a very pleasant experience. So now I'm back and needing the storage for a short amount of time. The old owner is no longer with us but the new owners are family and they are very nice and helpful. The storage units and facility are very well kept and very secure. Also, the price is very reasonable compared to other storage units in the area. I highly recommend!”

“I read some of the lower reviews and shake my head. This is a great mom n pop operation and I have had nothing but helpful people here. My unit was clean and fairly priced amd from what I hear they refuse to play the rent raising game the large corporations do. I wish people were not so narrow-minded on some of the reviews. First world problems. How bout start with using a unit as a temporary base, not an extension for all our extra crap we should learn how to donate or part ways with.
Bottom line is I needed a cost effective buffer for a 4-6mos between a move from Columbus to Dayton to Charlotte for work. They do a nice job. Rhonda is great.”

“Management is very easy and friendly to communicate with. We were on a waitlist to get in for quite some time and were thrilled to be able to get into a unit. Units are very spacious and well maintained. Much nicer than the local competition. As a female, I love that the gate that closes behind you after driving in, as well as the cameras throughout the property. I don't ever feel unsafe coming or going here alone.”
“This facility is one of the nicest storage facilities I have ever used. The facility is very clean, secure and easy to access. Their loading dock access options made it easy to move-in, and the quality weather and security infrastructure around the building has kept me from ever worrying about the safety of my property. I visited a few other storage facilities in Dayton prior to choosing this one, and I think they offer the best service for the price.”

They are highly involved in managing the property and vigilant on earning your trust with storing your possessions. Furthermore the owners are retired military and make it a point to take care of their employees and their patrons.

“I stopped inside one evening to check prices & see different size units. The employees at the desk were very welcoming & kind. Answered all my questions & showed me the facility & explained the different size units as well as explained how I could reserve a unit any time online. After pricing some other places I did decide to rent a unit from this U-Haul. Reserving online was simple & move in was a breeze. The building is very nice & especially clean! The units are inside the building (u can drive inside) & climate controlled. The only down side is if you aren’t lucky enough to get a unit next to the driveway then U may have to walk a distance to your unit! They do have carts u can borrow to haul your items. Overall the place seems safe & secure & priced a little less than the competitors! So far I’m happy with my decision to store my items here for the brief time that I need it!”

“Have used Aaron's a several times over the years. Recently used them twice for tree trimming and removal. Being a good consumer, I always have to get multiple estimates for any projects and they have come in and beat the ones I've had sometimes by a very substantial margin. They were prompt coming out for estimates and the crews arrived when expected. Give them a call.”

“The rental went pretty good and the rep was very nice and helpful. I do however think that the gate issue has gone on way to long for me to feel that the storage facility is secure. From the time I rented the units on 7/11 until today 7/18. To me this is unacceptable and I will ne reaching out to someone over the storage facility.”
