United Dairy Farmers (UDF) is a popular chain of over 175 ice cream parlors, convenience stores, and gas stations. They offer a U-Drive program that allows customers to save on gas and everyday purchases. UDF is known for their premium grade coffee, farm-fresh dairy products, and hand-dipped ice cream treats.
Customers generally have positive experiences at UDF, with many praising the friendly and helpful staff. Reviewers highlight the "sweetest ever" employees, like Deb and the "sweetheart" lady with glasses, who make their days brighter. However, some customers have encountered issues with rude or unpleasant staff, particularly a "middle-aged red short-haired manager" who is described as grumpy and ungrateful.
Despite these occasional negative experiences, UDF is praised for its overall quality and convenience. Customers appreciate the wide range of products available and the ability to save money through the U-Drive program. The store's commitment to customer service is also evident, with one reviewer highlighting the friendliness and efficiency of a lone employee who was able to successfully manage a long line of customers.
Quakes are great but ultimately depends on who makes them on how liquidy they are.

Nice employees, but unlikely to clean their instruments for milkshakes during rushes. Vanilla milkshake tasted like coffee ☕

Has been out of stock on food every weekend for almost 3 months and the few things they do have are extremly overpriced. Have tried at breakfast, lunch, and dinner with nothing available but over priced sandwiches. The only things this location is good for is fuel and ice cream.
