“I need something nice/semi formal to wear to a wedding in November; Chico’s has such great clothes and sales. Patty helped me find something to wear after two days of searching every rack in the store. Patty is great & so very patient. She helped me get the right size & a different outfit that was much better than what I thought I wanted. No problem with Chico’s clothes; it was that I have gotten a bit ‘fluffy.’ Cindy started helping me on the second day search - she was very helpful too. Chico’s has awesome employees as well as clothes.”

“I always enjoy going into Hollister. They have a lot of clothes that I like and that fit well. Towards the back of the store there are racks of things that are priced lower which are good for a lower budget shopping trip.Tip: check out their deals online before going into the store in the mall.”

“I had to return an item I bought less than a week ago, with receipt. There was no hassle. I got the card out that was used to purchase item and it went straight back on it. I mean instantly got my money back. I rarely return things because I absolutely dread it. A lot of businesses should be doing this!!”
“The store is ok, not the best. I just have moved away from pink and Victoria Secret. I think their bras and panties have gone way downhill over the last couple of years. I went in for the semi-annual sale. I think I will pass next year, not necessarily the store it's self more the brand itself..”
“Pretty well setup for quick, easy and efficient returns. However, signage for Kohl's Returns sends you to the aisle side, when the line actually begins entry door side. 2nd, enter and exit doors are the same despite being marked otherwise on the front. Seems like checkout should be near north exit door for Covid style traffic flow”
“They have a lot to choose from. I've been trying to find jeans that fit my body type and I didn't have trouble finding them here. They just don't have a fitting room anymore so I'll have to exchange one pair that I bought. I think it's time to open the fitting rooms back up, every other store has.”
“My now fiancée and I came here to take “fall photos” where he was actually proposing! It was all a surprise for me. We worked with Sierra and she was absolutely amazing! I literally had no idea what was going on. She made us feel extremely comfortable and was very clear when directing poses! The pictures came out absolutely incredible and I’m so in love! (I wonder if we could hire her for our actual wedding ?). The photos came out so amazing and I love the little editing she did, even the raw photos were absolutely stunning.
