Called the Milford location out of desperation and Robin the manager really went out of her way to help her. She was so nice and eager to help which is rare these days. The cherry on top… I got a letter from Chelsea about a week after I set up my account with basic details of when to expect my new debit card and lobby/drive-up hours. It was very professional. “Elastic has been a lifesaver for me. They have a calculator that automatically let you know what you will pay on the amount you borrow. They are straightforward and warn you that is an expensive line of credit. Also, a financial course is given which is very helpful. Elastic is fair and the key is to borrow only what you are able to pay back.”

“I've been with Stock Yards Bank most of my life. First in Louisville and now in Cincinnati. They combine modern techniques with old fashioned customer service. Their branches are small, and their employees take the time to get to know their customers. I don't go in terribly often but the staff always knows who I am and has a welcoming smile on their face. Even better, they waive ATM fees! Whenever I've dealt with loans or other issues, their management has always been top-notch in making sure that every detail is taken care of. They don't try to upsell me on their other products, either. Very customer focused!”
