“I'm fairly experienced with computers and ran into an issue that I could not solve. I worked on it for a long time myself, troubleshooting with the issues were and replacing parts. I could not figure out what was going on so I ran it up there and by the end of the day they had pinpointed two potential parts that are having an issue (mobo and processor) They gave me a name of a part they recommend to replace the potentially faulty mobo. Installed windows, updated the driver's they could, and sent me on my way same day. Cost was a bit high but the quality of the install was nice and the speed of diagnostic was awesome.”
“I had some problems with my iPhone and they were willing to take a look at it with me and troubleshoot. I was able to get a hold of them easily and the customer service was good when I came in. They had my phone a few days and found no issues and offered to buy it from me. I declined only because I know I can probably get a bit more myself off eBay if I find the issues I had persists.
I also bought a display from them a while ago and have been happy with it.
