“I was on vacation 2500 miles away from home, losing my phone on day one getting off the airplane. Stopped at a store in Chicago and got treated very poorly. We then moved on to our Airbnb in Ohio, which landed us in Defiance OH to try again to get something figured out. Jasmine was absolutely amazing and helped us out in every way that she possibl could., She was respectful and compassionate to my situation and helped get everything figured out. 🏁🏁🏁 would give more than 5 star if possible and 💯”

“I had some problems with my iPhone and they were willing to take a look at it with me and troubleshoot. I was able to get a hold of them easily and the customer service was good when I came in. They had my phone a few days and found no issues and offered to buy it from me. I declined only because I know I can probably get a bit more myself off eBay if I find the issues I had persists.
I also bought a display from them a while ago and have been happy with it.
