“Always greeted by the friendly staff and asked if I need help. I head to Arps before going to the big box stores and 9 times out of 10 they have exactly what I need. They may not have 30 of them on the shelf but they have the one that I need. I buy everything from screws to garden plants here. Sometimes I am there couple times a month. Sometimes it is more like 3x in a day if changing the plan during a project. I am so thankful to have Arps close to home. I feel good about patronizing this small business.”

“Stopped in at the Defiance Menards while passing through and this is a really nice store.
Big, clean, organized, well-stocked, and easy to get around. It represents Menards really well. The layout made sense, the aisles were clear, and everything felt easy to find without wandering all over the place.
I especially liked how open and bright the store felt inside. The bathroom and vanity displays were set up nicely too, which makes it a lot easier to compare options in person instead of just guessing from a box or a picture online.
If I’m ever passing through Defiance again and need something for a project, I’d definitely keep this Menards in mind. Great store.”
“The quality of products are typically better than other similar type of stores, especially the brands of tools. They could do a better job of adding a few more staff members during business hours vs trying to save some money on payroll.”
