Staff is courteous and helpful, however i called to end service and they never shut it off so i got charged an extra month.

We set up automatic payment and they shut off our service four times in two months. They then charge a fee to start up service even though they were the ones not using automatic payment. They then added extra charges to our account for no reason and would not restore our wifi until we paid an extra $100 that we did not owe. They are the only ones who provide service where we live and I'm honestly just waiting for next month to have it shut off and owe $200 to start it back up because that is what they do. They have a service they will not provide without charging double and triple what you actually owe.

If I could give them 0 stars then I would. My mistake is being dumb enough to go to spectrum for mobile services, and I guess I'm paying the price now.We were considering phones through here, and they promised us it would cost x but it ended up costing x+$100.They said they would give us money for our old phones, but what that actually means is taking it off of your monthly bills. So hopefully you don't need the money they promise. Only they don't actually take it off your monthly bill.They won't do anything over the phone, everything is in person. And for someone who lives over 30 minutes away, that is difficult. They advertise 1 free line for the first year if you set up internet with them in the same month, but then they don't actually give you that deal. Then when you notice and bring it up, they can't pay you back the money they took from you, they can only promise the next year free (if you can believe another empty promise), well and my issue is their service in northwest ohio sucks. They advertise it is the same coverage as Verizon wireless, but I noticed a huge change, and I already came from a cheap off shoot of Verizon. We were trying to get through it for the free phone for one year then planning on switching to a better service provider, but now we have to wait another year to get their deal. It wouldn't be a problem if we could talk on the phone and didn't have to restart our phones 5 times a day for service. Our phone calls constantly drop and break up, which is not the quality of my last phone service provider. Please learn from my mistake and don't use them for a phone plan. I wish I knew what I was in for. I am not a picky person either.

Slow service. I mean, whatever. I do what I can using their app on my phone. If I have to do something hear, I just make sure I set aside 1 to 5 hours to hang out. Pack a lunch. Don't bring your kids into this store. You will instantly regret it.I have many other gripes, but I'll be honest, I solved them myself because that is what I do. I solve stuff. They provide a service and I take care of everything I can take care of. That is the way the world works with cable and internet providers. I treat them as back up. Because that is all they will be. You're 5th string quarterback.

I interviewed for a job and the recruiter was very keen on saying that I have go give up my personal life. According to many hiring websites(Indeed, Glassboro, and etc) the Turnover rate is extremely high and managment treated workers poorly. I been installing internet and also working with computers for over 15 years. The recruiter was super rude and inconsiderate. If this is how you guys treat your employees then I don't think anyone should work there.

Customer service support over the phone is Good, Don't do much with the office besides work for the company that does the mowing! Would be great if everyone would not park so far back in the grass on days I'm there to mow! Be Mindful of I Drive a Truck with a Large trailer pulled behind my truck that has Lawn equipment for the job I do! Don't park in grass and please allow me in have space to work, park and be able to pull out of lot when finished with job with out the risk of any vehicle getting damaged in the process of part of me being able to work! Thank you for your Cooperation! May we all have a good day at work!

THIS IS THE WORST INTERNET COMPANY EVER. THEY SENT US MESSAGES LETTING US KNOW THAT THEIR SERVICE IS HAVING OUTAGES EVERY WEEK, THREE DAYS A WEEK. ITS AWFUL HAVING TO DEAL WITH THIS NASTY COMPANY. THEY ARE ALWAYS TRYING TO FIND ANY EXCUSE FOR IT. I’M VERY TIRED AND DISAPPOINTED ABOUT THIS HORRIBLE SERVICES COMPANY.
