“Yesterday morning I tried to start my car and it wouldn't turn over. I'm currently traveling for work, so I'm 3.5 hours away from home. Needless to say, I was in a bad spot. I called Monro and explained the situation, and they were very understanding. I got my battery jumped and drove it to thier shop, and they had tested the battery, the starter, the alternater, and replaced the battery within an hour. They really saved my bacon, and I can't say anything but good things about the shop and their team. Highly recommend!”

I destroyed a tire on highway 24 on a trailer and was limping into a hardware store to buy a jack and drove past and saw their shop and stopped, and they jumped right in to help me like and Indy pit crew and had me back on the road fast and at a fair price. Family owned business! You don't get this kind of service at the big box stores. Very nice people.”
