“They did an exceptional job! They were very patient, caring, and efficient. They Took their time to explain and run everything by me! They put a transmission in, a clutch master cylinder, new clutch, radiator, stater, & bled my brakes. It all runs very well, they were so kind and made sure it was safe and I was taken care of! They were very speedy, but it was done very well, no issues. Communicated very well, and charged every very fairly 10/10 would come back!”

I destroyed a tire on highway 24 on a trailer and was limping into a hardware store to buy a jack and drove past and saw their shop and stopped, and they jumped right in to help me like and Indy pit crew and had me back on the road fast and at a fair price. “I live 7 hours away from Defiance but found the exact vehicle I was looking for there. I called and spoke with Rob, one of their salesmen. I explained my situation, that I had a trade and was nervous about making a purchase site unseen. He walked me through everything, had me send pictures of my trade, had me describe it in detail, and he did the same with the vehicle I was purchasing. I was able to get an even better value for my truck than I would have locally due to market variability, and I got a great price on the vehicle I wanted. Everyone from the finance group to the sales managers that I talked to were very personable and did not push or pressure me at all throughout the process. Everything was done remotely and Rob even helped me out by meeting me on a Sunday to exchange vehicles! After the sale there was an issue with the CPO status being hung up in limbo due to a recall being issued while the paperwork was being transferred, a quick call to the dealership and Matt got to work correcting that. 24 hours later I had my CPO paperwork in hand!! Thank you again LPK for what is easily the most painless car purchase out of the dozen or so I have made!!”

My husband was able to get spare on and by the grace of God we made it to Belle after calling them to see if they were still open.we made it right at their closing time, but they kindly fixed it for us and we got back on the road. “I recently had repair work done on my ‘17 Silverado at Estle Chevrolet in Defiance. My service rep was Brandon Bell. I’ve experienced customer service at other dealerships that leave a lot to be desired. You have to call more than once only to find the work is not complete yet. Brandon isn’t like that. He kept me informed through the entire process. He called me to say when my truck would be finished and it was out front ready when I got to the dealership. Brandon went through the bill step by step and answered my questions. Brandon even took the truck through the car wash for me. He did get to everyone in a good amount of time. Was over all happy with how he treated everyone and the work he did.”
“It WAS indeed an experience. I've never used a dealer service center. There's definitely a learning curve. Next time I'll keep a better eye on my phone. Missed the text about needing my response to an optional filter replacement. Oops...It was all so streamlined. Everything from signing in to payment was done in one spot. All I had to do was find the lounge, and watch TV for an hour and a half. Best break I had all day.”
“They are always friendly and considerate. The system had a glitch and it caused a little confusion. If their system gets fixed it would help these employees out a lot, because the service is great otherwise. I know system issues aren't the employees fault. I stopped going to my old shop when I found this shop was more affordable and trustworthy.”

“I drove down from Michigan to pick up a clean pre-owned Transit Connect they had online. I took it for a drive and, believe it or not, my salesperson, Hector, and owner, Wes, had me driving away 30 minutes later. Mind you, I had already picked up my insurance certificate, anticipating the purchase. Nonetheless, as one who buys a number of vehicles for his business each year, this was the fastest transaction I have had in 49 years of buying and selling cars. They are a solid dealer.”
