“Great place. Wide lanes to navigate. Easily marked numbers on all the buildings. Seems to be extremely secured. Nice heavy gate that requires a pin code to enter and to exit. Has a pressure plate so multiple vehicles can go through at one time which is a plus when you drive a truck and trailer. Overall price is very reasonable for what you get and for what they offer.”

“I needed a truck to pick up some family items in Northern Ohio from an estate sale. The auction items had to be picked up by a certain time or I'd forfeit them. I could not leave until later in the day so it was extremely important for me to make sure my truck rental was in order. However the day didn't start with U-Haul, it began at Budget trucks on 23. I had reserved a truck online for this location. I called the office all day to confirm my truck would be available on time because I didn't want to show up and them not have one. When I arrived to pick up, the truck was in the lot...but to my horror, when I to the office door there was a sticky note saying they had closed for the day. I was floored, angry, and panicked. We got back in our car and headed to Delaware to see if there were other truck options available last minute. We came to this Neighborhood U-Haul location. John the owner greeted us and immediatelytook care of our needs. He went out of his way to make sure we picked the right vehicle for what we were needing so that we didn't pay for a truck too big for what we needed. He also got us on the road quickly. This meant so much because we were already behind schedule. The vehicle was clean and ran perfectly, and I was able to make it in time to pick up my priceless family mementos. The rental fees were great, but I would recommend this U-Haul location a million times over for the service alone. John is a lifesaver.”

“This location is new to the Delaware, OH area with a recently built storage lot connected, as well. It is located on E. William St. right at the 36/37 split. My appointment was for a 9am pick-up of a 26 foot truck on a Saturday morning. The staff were extremely nice, very knowledgeable and had me on my way quickly and easily. The gentleman even had the truck in an easy pull-out position and had the engine running with the heat on warming up the cab. This was a great added touch as it was extremely cold that morning. Overall, I would recommend Uhaul to anyone looking to have an easy moving process.”
