“One might argue picking up a U-Haul is the same regardless of location. This is false. I rarely need one, but when I do this is the best location. The CEO, CTO, COO, CIO, and Janitor made my day.
I went to the wrong location and she fixed it for me and made sure my drop off location was efficient. I was also ok driving over to Worthington. Keep cool.”
“I was initially hesitant to rent a truck here after reading some of the reviews, but we ended up having a great experience. We rented a 16-foot truck, and it was fully fueled when I picked it up. The woman who helped me was very kind and took the time to thoroughly explain everything before handing over the keys. I was also pleasantly surprised by how clean the truck was. The only minor issue was that the cabin light wasn’t working, but overall it didn’t take away from an otherwise smooth and positive experience.”
“Make sure to have the U-Haul app! Made mobile pickup so much easier. For whatever reason, trying to do it through safari on the general U-Haul website was very difficult (might have just been my settings). Once I downloaded the app it was very clear directions and easy to navigate. Overall great experience!”
