“Wow! Over and above service. Asked Josh for a quote on a repair on an old Jeep. He somehow knew there might be after warranty coverage at the dealer. Didn’t just tell me to check, he took my VIN and confirmed it with Chrysler and all I had to do was schedule and drop off. got it done at $0. Told me to come back when I need work that isn’t covered. This is among the best service story I have.”
“Best towing experience you could ask for. I was stuck in the middle of nowhere in the rain with 2 flat tires, low on gas with declining cold temps outside. Dispatch was very friendly, sent someone out right away, and quoted me a very fair price. Josh, my tow truck driver was a gentleman and a professional. He took me to the car dealership for my car to get worked on and made what is a lousy night for anyone the most painless experience possible. Highly recommend this company!”

“I had a complicated problem with my 2017 Ford Escape which ultimately would not allow it to start. I had to have it towed into Byers Ford where l purchased it new. The Byers maintenance team coordinated by Tiffany did a great job of getting it fully operational again. “Very pleased with the quality of work and the time it took. The coupons sent in the mail were not clear. The one I tried to use said “Up to $100 off any service” but when I went to check out, I was still charged $80. Then I was told that in very small writing it said that it was a percentage of the cost and not actually $100. This information was misleading.”

“There's a reason they've been in service for so many years, they don't try to sell you on a bunch of extra stuff and they do exactly what you need done. They don't overcharge you either and that's a great thing considering how high inflation is these days. You can tell they've no exactly what they're doing! “Took my 2007 avalanche in for transmission replacement , they checked it out. Found out had major motor damage and frame rusted. I REALLY APPERCIATED THEIR HONESTY, UNFORTUNATELY not worth fixing. They were super easy to talk to, worked with me till I could get truck picked up. Very helpful, they have done work on my other vechiles in past always been great to work with. Would recommend.”
