From the first moment, I was kept informed and additional questions in both directions were quickly resolved. The pieces shipped when promised in April, were packed fanatically well, and arrived professionally.
The quality of the pieces is stunning. Even in pictures people immediately ask where they came from. The build is solid, the assembly is minor, and the furniture has real presence in the room.
We experienced one minor issue with the large volume of pieces and a small missing component; this was resolved immediately and without fuss.
Overall, this may be the highest customer satisfaction I've experienced all-up. The furniture is excellent, the service is noteworthy in today's world.
