The inventory is reliable, as rarely is anything out of stock. However, contacting customer service by phone is very difficult, with extremely long wait times. This lack of human customer service interaction is a significant problem. Occasionally, items are on back order without immediate notification. Despite this, many customers report top notch service in other areas and express intent to shop there again for their automotive needs.
Had issues with a brand new transmission I bought and put 500 miles on called up Jegs. Told them what happened and they made it right. Great company and great people!
