“Very helpful. I had a suspicion I needed a new battery after my check engine light came on. They helped me test the battery while my truck was running, which passed the initial test. They suggested that I bring the battery itself back so they could test it without being hooked up to the truck, and ended up actually being the battery. Took the time to run through a few tests before selling me something I didn’t need. The new battery solved the problem, but I appreciated the direction and willingness to diagnose first. Super helpful team, much appreciated!”
