This company made an error on my order and would not fix it. They said they listened to the phone call, yet refused to let me hear the recording. Completely unacceptable. I will never use them again.

I only give 1 star because you are not able to give zero stars. Was completely taken advantage of and company has a ridiculously unrealisticly short time frame for returns for what you are purchasing as most mechanics have a waiting list, if they are any good at what they do, and will not put your job on the books until you have the parts. My husband did a complete engine rebuild to increase preference on a classic Monte Carlo and half the parts did not fit probably the mechanic had to make some parts fit and some of them he could not even use, some where the same as stock.... the car does not have any more power now then it did before the rebuild. Waste of a lot of time and money. Will never use them for any parts again and everyone we know will know this as well. Horrible to say it nicely, so upset and disappointed.

They sell you a new long block engine with major oil leak at the timing chain cover and oil pan and tell you to call the warranty department on an engine you never used so they're selling you a brand-new engine so you can go and work on it and fix the work they did.
That's how it showed up out-of-the-box and they want you to spend the next three months fixing it.

SO FAR......NOT TOO HAPPY. ORDERED AN ENGINE ON OCTOBER 24TH AND 30 DAYS LATER, STILL DON'T HAVE IT. TOLD ME TO CALL BACK AFTER THANKSGIVING TO CHECK STATUS. WAS TOLD ATK (engine builder) had parts on back order. we'll see what happens.

Purchased a transmission for 1978 el Camino. The transmission delivered from jegs had a rear seal leak. Jegs required it to be sent back. The next one they sent also failed and had to be sent back. The third one shipped arrived with incorrect parts. The replacement parts arrived broken. Just received the replacement, replacement parts. Hoping this time everything works. Every one of these jegs failures cost me more labor charges. Jegs quality control is crap! Their customer service is also crap! Worst mistake I ever made was ordering parts from this company! I will NEVER do business with jegs again!!!

Orderd 2 Chevy rally wheels They told Me they would be here on Saturday called to see why they never come here Tech told Me that they don't even have them Idiot did not seem to care real bad service I will call Summit from now on just bought 2 tires $900.00 from Jegs seems like I would get treated better

Do not buy the extend purchase protection, as research revealed claims rarley go smoothly. Often dealing with the customer service that does not exist at the extend coverage company.

Ordered radio for 2011 Ford F350 Lariet gave all information required. Paid for item waited 2 months for it to be built according to agent. It arrived, wrong radio completely. Contacted jegs returned radio at my expence. Never received my payment refund even after many phone calls. Put on hold then disconnected. I was VERY disappointed as all the reviews I had read where good. ( PS still pissed)

I made a mistake providing my email address to these clowns. Every day I get spammed!!!! Non stop spams! I have unsubscribed multiple times. I have called them multiple times! It’s impossible to stop their daily spam!!!! I will never do business with Jeggs again!

Store didnt have a part In stock that we needed but they had it at the wearhouse and lucky enuff we had to drive right by it on the way back home...super nice place had some jegs drag cars on the showroom floor to check out and they were fast to retrieve our parts ....very pleasant experience

Sold me a bad distributor! Reached out to them to make this right! Instead of sending the replacement part I have to send the dad distributor before I can get a good one! I just want to enjoy my car! Looking like a company with junk parts!
