“The staff was very easy to work with and I was able to leave with a new car for the right price! Only downside, whoever does their detailing/body work is atrocious. I purchased the car later in the evening so it was getting dark when I took a look; the waxing was done poorly and was spread thick on plastic pieces. There were incredibly visible wipe marks on the car and the inside of the windows appeared to have received no attention whatsoever.”

The owner Harold chatted with me and gave me great advice on what to do with my vehicle going forward, while the technician from Germany (Thomas, I think his name was?) was incredibly friendly and accommodating. If I lived in town I would make these guys my regular mechanics!”

“Back in May of 2023. I was traveling from Michigan to Texas. I hit a deer in Ohio. The cop gave me some suggestions on getting a tow and repairs. I chose KK it was closer to where I was. It seemed like a long time as I had my 2 dogs with me but I think they got to me in a 4-5 hour time frame which is understandable considering it was early in the morning and before they opened when it happened. They helped me get a rental car and worked with my insurance and stayed in contact for the month they had my vehicle working on it. It’s been 2 years and you can’t tell it ever happened. I’ve had no mechanical issues or exterior issues since they did their work on it.
If I lived there or closer they would be my go to for collision and body work.

“Professional, fast, and charged drastically less than I was told to expect (by a third party). I showed up with no warning, and they fit me in immediately and got me on my way within minutes. They were kind and straightforward. The entire shop is set up so professionally, I felt at ease and welcome, even though I know nothing about cars. There were snacks and magazines (including children's magazines) in the waiting room, as well as some really cool art on the wall. Furthermore, the ladies' restroom was more than spotlessly clean, it was outright lovely! I'm from the east coast - I so wish this shop was in my hometown. I'd give them my business for life!
Editing to add: I was about 15 hours away from home, and traveling alone, and am clueless about cars. I am so incredibly grateful for the kindness of the owner of this shop. I was so touched. I only hope I can pay his kindness forward.”

“Went in to get new tires and alignment. Got there and added break lines flushed check to replace breaks all around and they found sensor that started to go bad. And still got my car back same day after adding all the extra stuff at time i drop car off.”
“Easily accessible off the road. If you are towing a trailer to bring in your mower, there is a simple turn around beside the shop.Staff is helpful. They had to help me get a non starting mower off my trailer.Would recommend. Good service, reasonable prices and great turn around time on repairs.”

“My daughter always uses performance plus whenever something is wrong with her car and for maintenence oil changes. They are great. They get her in quickly fix the problem and get her back in her car. The prices are always fair, the mechanics are nice and respectful and the owner is great.
My son has taken his car there as well and I have popped in for an oil change.
