“Ordered parts on ebay from them, very quick response and very professional! I decided to drive the 2 1/2 hours to pick up the parts instead of having them shipped. Got there a little before they opened up and they had everything ready for me, quick and easy paperwork and they make sure you have some refreshments and snacks! The guys loaded up my parts for me and I was on my way! Definitely doing more business with them, highly appreciated and recommend!”

My car looks better than it did before I got hit and they even cleaned it thoroughly inside before we picked it up. They were also incredibly good over the phone. “I had a great experience. I was in a small fender bender where the at fault was willing to come down to big mikes and pay for any damage. They were quick and efficient at getting me a quote without having to wait long and didn’t need an appointment. They were able to get me in as soon as it was convenient for me, while giving me the time to sort out having a car to drive. I had left a debit card in there and they were so kind to go get it and put it behind the desk in case I needed it. Upon pickup I was not able to get there before they were closed for a long weekend and they found a way to accommodate me. They had all my paperwork and the debit card in an envelope with a Merry Christmas. I would recommend and I would go back there absolutely”
“This place has WAY more than what it's name says. If you need a piece of normal hardware for your house they just might have it and prices are reasonable. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and their star employee Nugget is a must-meet! If you're in a pinch, don't run to Lowes or Home Depot, check here first!”

“This is a great place to buy parts for VW s or have engine or transmissions repaired for your VW.. I had them build 3 motors for my sandrail almost all my custom parts I bought there. Just ask one of the owners Pat or Nick they will set you strait on parts that you need for your repair or rebuild. Very nice people.”

“Napa is far better than the economy parts store chains. I called for a part and they didn't have it in this store but it was in stock at a neighboring city store. 2 hours later they had the part I needed. Had it brought from the other store in no time. People don't realize how valuable the local Napa auto parts stores are, or what a huge network of stores and warehouses they have. It will be a very sad day if we ever lose the Napa auto parts stores for everyone. Their parts are better quality than the economy stores offer. Why try to save a few pennies and end up with an inferior quality part? P.S. the economy store price is not always lower than the quality parts from Napa! The value is never as great when you get inferior quality, no matter the price.”

“My car overheated on Rt 76 just a mile west of Wadsworth. I cooled the engine down and drove to AutoZone, just off the freeway. The gentlemen who were working were incredibly helpful. They filled the coolant up and helped me make sure I didn't have an emergent leak before I headed on my way. The best $14 repair I've ever had! And best of all they didn't treat me like an idiot for letting my coolant run dry.”
