“We were on a big trip driving across the Eastern US from Texas to Chicago, Akron Oh, Columbus Oh, Atlantic Beach NC and back to Texas. Our travel from Akron to Columbus off Rt 16 we had the main belt break. It was about 4:30 PM and a truck full 5 kids and pulling a pop up trailer. I didn't know anyone close by so I took a chance and googled a parts store. GKM Napa looked to be the closest. I thought maybe I could get lucky and hitch a ride to get the parts to get us going again. I called and talked to Pete. He said they did have two different belts for my truck so I bought the one that I thought I need. I asked if they delivered and he said they do but not at this late in the day, since they close at 5. I told him our situation and he said he does have a guy that is passing my way and check to see if he could drop it off. He said yes and I was very relieved. I started to disassemble the belt and noticed the tensioner was faulty. I called back immediately after which it was already 5:10PM Luckily Pete answered and added the item to the delivery. As soon as I got the tensioner off Darren arrived from NAPA and he helped me put the new parts on. Luckily he brought the other belt just in case because of course the one I choose was incorrect. Less than 1 hour and 30 minutes from being stranded the great people from NAPA saved us from what could have be an expensive and painful experience. I will always be in debt to Pete and Darren for being such wonderful people.”

“I live out of state and did my deal over the phone and internet. Let me tell you this dealership experience was honest and flawless. Sophia was my salesperson and was very professional. I made a good deal with her and everything was exactly what we agreed to when the dealership over nighted the paper work. This is what buying a car should be like.”

“I’ve been dealing with Julie and Randy at Advantage for quite some time now! Either for work or for personal use! They never seem to disappoint! They put on wheels for me on my RSX plus, redone the audio system and here recently hooked me up with new wheel setup, along with a leveling kit for my F-150! If you ever want to set your ride up, go to Advantage! I’m telling you! You won’t regret it! ?”

“I have been looking for a body shop like this for a very long time. I was extremely happy with the paint job. It is as good or better than a factory paint job. The staff is very friendly and professional. I will definitely go back again if further work is needed.”

“Had to go in for a recall & told them I was having an issue with my headlights, so they said they could run a diagnostic test and they did. Was gonna cost me $89.99, or maybe it was $99.99 either way they didn't charge me cuz they didn't see anything wrong anywhere. I was really surprised and really appreciated he didn't charge me anyways or just made something up like I've had done to me before. I have to say this place was really the best auto dealership I've ever came across and will definitely be going back if need be and I will definitely be recommending this place to as many ppl I can. Thanks for the Great service guys?”

“I can't say enough good things about the team at Walmart Auto Care Center. On Memorial Day, I got a flat tire about three hours into an eight-hour drive home with my two young kids in the car. After putting on the donut, I made it to the Walmart Auto Center at 6:55 PM—just five minutes before closing. I told them I completely understood if they couldn't get to me that evening and that I would happily make an appointment for first thing the next morning. Instead, they went above and beyond. The team took the time to plug and fill my tire, put the donut back in my car, and had us safely back on the road by 7:30 PM. They stayed late when they didn't have to, and their willingness to help made all the difference. What could have turned into finding a hotel, unloading tired kids, and delaying our trip by a day became a quick stop thanks to their kindness and professionalism. As a parent traveling alone with young children, I was incredibly relieved and grateful. Thank you for helping us get home safely. Your customer service and compassion will not be forgotten.”
