“Hayden found a needle in a haystack for me which means that I received the most awesome Mini Cooper S in just a few days. He also took the time to explain the advanced technology suite as well as syncing the car to my home garage door, other music apps and Siri. The cars are beautiful and personalized and the staff are kind, considerate, positive and respectful. MAG sells cars to customers all across the Midwest and now I understand why. If you think you might want a Mini, Hayden will go at your speed to make that happen.UPDATE: Four days after paying cash for my vehicle and at mile 99 on my new Cooper S, the engine light has come on and MAG will not see me for service for three days. I’m beginning to think that paying cash was a huge mistake and that MAG doesn’t have the desire or the resources to really back up customers with an acceptable level of customer service. Even the owner can’t be reached by phone and his secretary won’t take a message for him. So, if I had known this, I would’ve bought a Subaru or an electric BMW. Save yourself the heartache and shop anywhere but MAG. It gives me no pleasure to write this I am being completely honest and factual.”

“After an okay-at-best buying experience with a sales rep that is no longer at MAG, I want to leave a review based highly on the service department's care and attention to vehicle needs I've had compounded. I was super appreciative that I was able to drop in last week and have my coolant topped off and air pressure balanced in my tires. Today, I had my first oil change, and although it is more expensive, given the nature of the vehicle, I was happily surprised that they detailed my car and mats in the process - I think that makes it worth it! I also needed them to order some other things for me, and Lucan is always above and beyond when it comes to ordering and scheduling. Thank you all!”

“Recently my friend and I decided to go check out the new Ferrari building MAG just finished. We werent dressed up and obviously had no intentions on purchasing anything. We were immediately greeted by Tomasz, a sharp clean Ferrari representative happy to see us. My friend and I were blown away when instead of shooing us out with a broom as expected, he procceeded to give us a tour of the new building, detail by detail. He spent a sizeable amount of time with us.After the tour was completed, I asked why he would bother spending time with us? I was blown away. He said he was in our shoes once, and only wanted to give back an experience he wished he had in the past.Ive been in the customer service industry for a while. Tomasz not only showed a more than perfect example of a dealer representative, he has a customer for life. If anyone is looking for a new car, ask for him and im sure you wont be dissapointed.”

“I requested a simple clean to the point where I can know there won't be any bugs on the front or bird poop anywhere, they said they don't really have any services where they don't make the car as close to brand new as possible. I feel like the only people their service is for is the wealthy who can afford to blow $200+ a month on maintaining the appearance of their car to that extent or those who want to sell their car. The cheapest service option for exterior is $100 and they said that option they don't even like to offer because they are afraid customers will be disappointed with the quality. I haven't used their service and I don't know if it is worth it, but I literally can't afford to find out.”

“Recently I've had two service experiences with MAG highline service after not being there for a decade. I recently purchased a 2014 RR Ghost out of town and have needed factory expertise to solve the issues the car had. One of these was an urgent concern.Teresa, the service advisor for that era of Rolls, was concise, knowledgeable and accommodating in getting the right resources mobilized in a professional, efficient and timely way to remedy the issues. The service tech (Clint) did a perfect job in very reasonable time. Everyone involved in the process treated the car with care, and it was returned cleaned as a courtesy. The bill was considerably lower than I anticipated.The whole experience was a big improvement over my last high line service experiences back years ago. Although I live over an hour's drive from MAG, I believe this is where the car will go for all of its service from now on.”

“Been looking at getting a new car for a while. Saw the exact car I have been looking for, exact exterior color I wanted and interior and all the bells and whistles. Got hooked up with Brent, and his "trainee" for the day. They were so down to earth, all around good guys. Not the typical salesmen you deal with. Were easy to talk to, helpful and just a pleasure to work with. I ended up working with another younger guy who was also super friendly and made the experience of buying my new "used" car a pleasure. If you are looking for a used car, check them out and ask for Brent! You will not be disappointed!!”
