“After a hiatus, I returned to the Toy Barn service department to service my Porsche Macan S after some lackluster service at the dealer. The service was honest, informative, and excellent. Options were given and pricing was fair. Work was excellent. Today, I stopped by with a mirror issue and they fixed it within minutes for free. This style of customer service is becoming rarer and greatly appreciated. I plan on switching to their service department for my Ferrari as well. Thank you guys!”

They gave me a brand new loaner car while it was redone - I was very impressed with the whole experience! Todd and his manager are the best! They took it early, did thorough job while keeping me informed, and even confirmed I didn't need a few other services that another dealer said I needed. Service writers were very personable, professional and took time to make sure I was happy. They also did a nice car wash including drying it properly. It was a great experience and massive improvement over my last visit a few years ago. I will definitely be returning for next service.”

Before we even arrived, I called ahead to ask if my nephew and niece would be allowed to come in and look at the cars. Heather was incredibly kind and welcoming on the phone, which immediately put me at ease.
My dad was in the hospital, and we live about an hour away, so it had already been a stressful day. I honestly wasn't sure what to expect, but Heather made us feel completely welcome from the moment we walked through the door.
She took the time to let my nephew and niece look at the cars, answered questions, and made the experience fun and memorable for them. The highlight of our visit was getting to sit in a Lamborghini. Seeing the excitement on the kids' faces was priceless, and it completely brightened all of our days during a difficult time.
