He also took the time to explain the advanced technology suite as well as syncing the car to my home garage door, other music apps and Siri. If you think you might want a Mini, Hayden will go at your speed to make that happen.UPDATE: Four days after paying cash for my vehicle and at mile 99 on my new Cooper S, the engine light has come on and MAG will not see me for service for three days. I’m beginning to think that paying cash was a huge mistake and that MAG doesn’t have the desire or the resources to really back up customers with an acceptable level of customer service. Even the owner can’t be reached by phone and his secretary won’t take a message for him. So, if I had known this, I would’ve bought a Subaru or an electric BMW. Save yourself the heartache and shop anywhere but MAG. It gives me no pleasure to write this I am being completely honest and factual.”

“The team here was fantastic. I had my check engine light come on last night, and got it diagnosed at auto zone because I was in a hurry to get home. I called Scott this morning, since they service all of the fleet vehicles where I work, and I know the fleet is highly prioritized and well maintained. He got me in, quickly repaired the issue (cam shaft and crank shaft solenoids), and had me on my way. When I drove off, the check engine came back on. I had a meeting I had to attend, then called them regarding the light. Jack said to come back in to troubleshoot. The issue was within the actual part, manufacture issue. They didn’t have another one on hand, but had a courier bring one immediately, and fixed me right up in the late afternoon. There was mention of my failed tpms sensor in the interim- I said I knew about it, but wasn’t concerned since I just got new tires and knew to check myself and deal with the light. Mitchell went out of his way to go verify it was just the sensor, and not a bigger issue. None of them made me feel pressured to buy anything that wasn’t absolutely necessary, but still checked several things to ensure ultimate safety. All around, a great team here, that had me in and out with short notice. Highly appreciated!”

“Was a little worried after breaking down on the hwy Christmas eve. Not only was amlin open, but the gentleman went way over and above. He was knowledgeable to diagnose my trucks problem over the phone. We could not obtain the proper part for my truck, so once again on Christmas Eve around 5pm, the owner left me and went and literally fabricated the part I needed to get going and thanks to his efforts, we made it to New York in time for Christmas morning.Very knowledgeable, very friendly and wonderful service. Went to Germain due to just having a major sergury and not suppose to drive for long periods of time( huge mistake) Had to end up going to Celebration anyway to address issues Germain did not.
