“I’m not usually good at leaving reviews, but I can say this: Bernardo Brothers really know diesel performance. They installed my CARLI FOX and BANKS, and I’m very satisfied. They’re professional and qualified for the work. No complaints—100% recommended.”
“Aces was quick and easy to get into. And at my appointment, the next day he was running ahead of time, and he called and asked if he could come to me. A he showed up in a timely manner and had my windshield on and it looks amazing.”
“You will not find a better place to take your car. I can PROMISE you that!! Radar collision is top notch. Above and beyond service every single time. I spent a long time looking for where to take my car as the places Statefarm recommended didn’t have good reviews !!! Columbus is full of shady slimy car companies but that is the opposite of Radar Collision. They are one of a kind with top level service and care. They may be booked out a little bit but the wait is WELL worth it to know you got your car back exactly how it’s supposed to be. No mistakes. No mishaps. A perfect good as new car. And they do it time and time again!! You will not find anywhere better. The personalized care is exceptional, the thoughtfulness and professionalism are unparalleled. And most importantly it’s work done right by good people that aren’t trying to scam you. They look out for you and your vehicle. This is a great business and there’s a reason there’s a bit of a wait … it’s good work!!!!!!!!!! Good things require patience, and making my 2017 smashed Subaru crosstrek look good as new?????? That’s the dream. After I got work done there people think my car is new. It’s 9 years old!!! And the work they do is so spic and span and fresh it looks like a 2025/2026 car!!
Not only that I had smaller issues with a mirror I broke on my parents car and they have been incredible at helping me with that. I run a pet sitting company (Wags and Kisses Pet Care) and have a recommendation page for local services. It’s typically other pet services I recommend like local trainers but Radar Collision is good enough I need to add them to the list. Everyone in Columbus should know about them— it’s the best kept secret”
“The guys running this shop are really nice. Not to mention the guys buffing a bumper when I walked in wasn't bad on the eyes 🤣 id recommend if you're looking for an honest place for body work and paint.”
“Contacted Hilliard Detailing Garage to inquire about a Fluid Film undercoating. Fluid Film was the recommendation of a frame shop when they had my older car in for frame rust repair. That shop had fairly new cars up on their lifts and I was shocked at the amount of rust on those cars frames. Chatting with the owner of that shop, he said it all could have been avoided by applying Fluid Film.
Hilliard Detailing Garage couldn’t have been easier to work with. They answered my initial inquiry very quickly and got me an appointment into their shop real fast a few days later.
Matt and Zach, Hilliard Detailing Garage’s partners, are a couple great guys. Both are very easy-going, easy to talk to, and their attitude to their customers couldn’t be better. Their garage is spacious and clean, their prices are very fair, and they’ll get you in and out and back home by dinnertime.
Great experience here and won’t hesitate to use them again for Fluid Film and any other detailing work I need done.”
“I had an amazing experience with Universal Auto Detailing. They detailed my Audi and made it look exactly like the day I drove it off the showroom floor—honestly, maybe even better. The attention to detail was next level, from the exterior shine to the spotless interior. Every surface looked brand new, and you can tell they truly care about their work.
Professional, thorough, and worth every penny. If you want your vehicle to look factory-fresh again, I highly recommend Universal Auto Detailing they have earned lifetime customer. I’ll definitely be coming back!”

“Pristine Detailing did an excellent job on my Type S MDX — inside and out it looks fantastic. The paint has great clarity and gloss, the interior was thoroughly cleaned, and everything was done carefully and professionally.
I really appreciated the straightforward communication and honest advice about paint protection. Andy explained what made sense for my car and how to maintain it going forward without any upselling or pressure.
Pricing was fair, the work was high quality, and the whole process was easy from drop‑off to pickup. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pristine Detailing and will definitely be back.”

“Less than a week ago my vehicle was vibrating and all of the lights were flashing inside. I thought I was going to have to purchase another vehicle, so my husband and I began the search. Thank goodness we decided to sleep on the purchase of a new car because NCA repaired my vehicle and I am on the road again!!!! I feel like I have a new car without a new car payment! Thanks be to God! I am so grateful for NCAs professionalism, integrity and expertise.
I highly recommend them for your car needs without reservation.”

“Marcus did a wonderful job cleaning the interior of my dad's car. He even cleaned the exterior windows. He took over 4 hours to do a small caerr and made sure it looked and smelled great! He was late arriving but I told him we were in no hurry and he kept us posted as to his arrival time. I would definitely recommend him if you are not on a tight schedule!”

“I had a stealth hitch installed on my Ioniq5 and I was impressed during the entire process. Everyone was extremely pleasant and kept me updated over the few weeks between ordering the hitch, the down payment, confirmation of receiving the hitch, and confirmation of appointment. Took from 9am-3:30pm for installation. Spent that time at nearby Easton mall.
Highly recommend!”
“Amazing! Quentin and his team did an awesome job getting the interior of my car back to like new! It was easy to schedule a convenient time on their website for them to come to my home. They just need access to an outlet on your property to work their magic! They were very professional and courteous keeping me up to date on the progress of the clean. It literally looked like I was driving it off the lot when they were finished. Very thorough and I highly recommend!”
“After being highly recommended by a close friend, I took my 2015 Jeep that was covered in dirt and dog hair to Johnny. He is the sweetest man with a beautiful shop. The day before my appointment he called to ensure I knew where to go and what to expect. He stayed in contact throughout the process. I was absolutely speechless when I picked up my Jeep! It has never shined this bright before! Johnny and Ethan did such an excellent job! I have since told everyone I know to go to Johnny when they need a detail. I felt the price was very fair, he got me in quick, and was very thorough. I will be returning!”
“Excellent work from this gentleman!!! We organized him to clean one of our commercial truck and he did in quick time for a very fair price, considering the state the truck was in. We are for sure gonna keep calling him in the future!! High recommendations !!!!!”

“What an exceptional experience we had at Kraft. My wife had accumulated a couple of parking lot dings and scuffs that we wanted to repair. After discussing with the Jaguar dealer he recommended a different auto body option that was “Jaguar certified” (aka bend over and prepare to take one). The estimate was more than expected.
Searching other shops I saw the positive reviews on Kraft. We took the car for an estimate. The estimate from Kraft was considerably less than that of the other shop. We picked up the car a few days later and the work was outstanding! Additionally, it appears they took the time to proactively review the rest of the car for stone chips which were also repaired.
Very nice folks to work with. Great results. I would enthusiastically recommend them to friends or family.”
