The people were nice and friendly. I went there on a Saturday to order a new debit card for my HSA account. After waiting two weeks, I called customer service to ask about my card, only to find out it had never been ordered. If the employee had made a mistake in ordering my debit card, I wished they would have called me to let me know.

Great branch! Everyone there is friendly and always very helpful! Aasiya was great helping me get some important documents notarized. I definitely recommend them!

I have been going to the Sawmill branch for at least 10 years. Customer service is excellent, staff/manager are always helpful and pleasant. I prefer the smaller banks because they tend to have better customer service. ?

Opened an account in January based upon a promotion. Took notes on what was needed to meet the requirements. Met every single one and then was told "oops" you did not do this or do that. So I closed my account and was charged a $50 closing fee. The employees I interacted with were nice enough but if they misrepresent important terms then own your mistake.

Never a good experience here. Lucky to be able to withdrawal money out of my account. Seems strange to say.One time they deposited my money into someone else’s account causing mine to go into a negative balance.They admitted they made a mistake, it took them a week to fix it, never got an apology.Don’t waste your time going to Kenny Road it’s just as bad.ATM’s are constantly down.I had good experiences at the Graceland location but it is far from me.

Was a great bank when it was cooper state but when it changed to First Merchants less hours and fees galore.

Avoid at all costs. Go to a real bank. System doesn't work. App doesn't work. Managers don't help. So many options. Look at the reviews. Why go to a 2 star bank?

ATM won’t accept deposits for the last two weeks. Tell staff inside and they just say ‘ok’. New staff is rude anyway, acted put off that I needed to come in to deposit cash. Predatory overdraft and ‘moving around’ of transaction orders when it suits them. I’ve been with this bank about ten years, when it was Cooper; only in the past year have I considered changing banks. My ten years with this bank mean very, very little to the people working here now.
