The staff at this hair salon are off the charts amazing! I was so impressed how they worked together as a team. Their knowledge about hair and products exceeded my expectations! Definitely will be going back in the future! Highly recommended!

Let's talk about the Goddess Leslie in Beauty. I came in to JCPenny straight from work to get pictures taken so coming from work with no time. I didn't even think about Penny's having a Beauty section as I don't ever go to malls. I walked in to Leslie's section and it was like she appeared out of the clouds in a beam of light. Leslie saw the stress in my eyes, sat me down and held my hand. I am extensively grateful for her and I'm pretty sure she is the only I made it through the pictures without sobbing. Thank you, Leslie. I will follow you to the ends of the earth. I will never go to anyone else again

Terrible place to work, They set unattainable and unrealistic goals, then write up employees when they are not complete! Do not fall for it if offered a position here! It will not be as advertised! Terrible management..... Will throw you under the bus in a flat second no matter how hard you work!!

Just happened to stop in on tax free weekend and they were also giving out coupons. The prices were already great and the selection was very nice. Wish I lived closer.

Staff bombarded me to get a credit card. I told her no 3 times and still felt the need to convince my family member. The store was closing and there was no time and a long line. I shouldn't have to say no more than once. It's hot and their air conditioning is off. Avoid going here unless you like being hot and bombarded by credit card scams.

Avoid parking here.. they close early, and you'll have to walk around the building to get back to your car.
