The store itself is in pretty good shape despite the mall falling apart. What I didn't appreciate was the attitude of the JC PENNY cashier. There is no reason to be rude because I told you I didnt want the credit card for the 6th time

Kinda sad, employees that don't know question as simple as where are your girls pluses sizes and they have him working on the girls section. He couldn't even check to see if anybody else knew the answer

Go every year for holiday photos. Went earlier in November and got my pictures shipped within 2 weeks! Only negative is thr manager at the Tuttle location can be really rude.
