They were flexible with scheduling and even was about to get me an appointment with another team member during one step of the process if the person I was working with was unavailable. The ring came out looking amazing and she loves it, which is the most important thing. I could not recommend a better place to design and make your custom rings. That's before mentioning that their diamonds are labs grown too making them way more ethical”

“I brought a diamond ring that needs new prongs and that has a chip on the diamond. They checked the diamond and assured me that the chip doesn't threaten the integrity of the diamond. Then their expert took all the time in the world to talk with me about how I would like the diamond to be reset to protect it from further chipping while maintaining the appearance of the ring - an antique setting that I like. They clearly know their stuff! BTW, they have a great selection of diamonds, but also of non-diamond jewelry and of fine men's watches.”
