This is a really nice looking store. I was greeted right away which was very nice. Everyone there had excellent customer service skills. I worked with Jamison who was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.

Today Jamison helped me pick out new rx sunglasses. He exhibits excellent customer service and was so happy to help. He gave me his honest opinion on which glasses looked best. This was my second time visiting this store and will definitely be back. I highly recommend this location. You'll leave happy.

Dr. Thumm at Lens Crafters on Frantz Road is very profession and considerate. He takes the time to study all of your tests. He throughly explains to you what he is seeing. He makes recommendations on his findings in way that you can understand. He is very kind and personable. He makes you feel comfortable throughout the exam and consultation. 10 star Dr.
Also Jamison, whom helped with my glasses is awesome. A very nice, professional,young man.

I had a great experience at LensCrafters! The staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. I was especially impressed with how transparent they were about pricing and all of my options—no surprises, just clear and honest communication. Sarah, the associate who helped me, was fantastic.
