Melissa at LensCrafters inside Macys at Tuttle Mall was super helpful and honest about what glasses looked good on me and fit me correctly. Melissa found a pair of frames that fit me correctly and brightened my face. I had fun shopping with Melissa.

Firstly I had ordered Transition lenses. When I picked them up, they had failed to order the proper lenses. Secondly, after 7 weeks I had to have the frame reattached. Thirdly, the lens was scratched and I had hardly wore the glasses due to surgery and ill health.
I requested the lens to be repaired and was told I would have to pay. This is not acceptable! In the past my glasses have never had issues in the first 8 weeks.
Do not visit LensCrafters at Macys Tuttle Mall. I was treated rudely and with disdain

God awful a customer service. Robin was appalling to listen to for an hour while waiting. The amount of customers she insulted and manipulated was ridiculous.
Made absolutely inappropriate comments like a girl “looking like a bird” and “cross eyed” a pair of glasses. Would not help a customer get a refund and accused her of switching frames and bad talked her as soon as she left. Said she was filling out a report from memory because she didn’t have proof to show she was lying and laughed about how it will ruin her insurance claim.
Spent an hour trying to make her own mistake the customers instead after admitting she messed up to a coworker. Said that it was because the customer had a newborn and she was probably too distracted to realize.
After watching how manipulative she was with an older customer as well as the previous mentioned experience it is unbelievable to stereotyping and prejudice.
The patience of Amani was incredible, she redirected the nastiness and supported the customer’s needs.

We purchased a pair of sunglasses for my wife. Our Salesperson Amani was outstanding and handled all of our needs very professionally. We would definitely use this store again. Hang onto Amani as good help today is hard to find.
