Overall very friendly and knowledgeable staff, my only complaint is the paint department employees only rely strictly on the machine for color matching. I miss the days when paint department employees could look at a color and tell what it needed from knowledge, not just doing what a computer told them to do.

Went to purchase cleaning product Clean Boss. Store had 10 bottles, I picked up two. At check out they were having trouble with the bar code. Apparently it has been discontinued, so I said I would take all 10. I can’t sell them to you sir! Why are they on the shelf then? I don’t know but I can sell them. Such poor customer service.

This store is a complete joke. You can never find anyone to help you. This also happened back in November when we were shopping for Christmas trees. Was there the other day looking at patio furniture. No one to be found to help. Customer service person paged three times before someone finally did that was from the lumber department (??) who was totally clueless and not helpful at all. They had the wrong price on an item and the manager was rude when I asked for that price which he finally agreed to honor but was anything but nice about it. Don't waste your money here because Customer service is the last thing on their minds. Lowe's you should be ashamed.

This store is awful. No one can help you find even the most basic of items. A lot of staff standing around not working and unable to help. I know the item I need is in the store but I had to go to another store to get what I needed, again. Also, items are not restocked in a reason unable timeframe.
-I didn't just have A bad experience, pretty much every experience is bad. Item out of stock, can't find item in stock and staff can't help, no one ever offers help, paint department is not very knowledgeable and is understaffed and recommends bad ideas, basically a tattoo shop for your house, staff standing around talking not helping. The store, and really maybe the whole chain just seems poorly managed and not interested in customer service. They just seem there to take your money after you figure everything out yourself. They have clearly given up on customer service. I lowered your rating to 1 star after your standard souless response. Really dissappointed in this location after going here for decades. Seems worse in the last 5-10 years but then again so are most stores...

I’m in shock. I paid 10,000 for new cabinets. After months Lowe’s specifically John is now refusing to finish the job. I now have to fight with my credit card company for a charge back. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
Update: well had to reach out so just about everyone who works at Lowe’s. The work has been refused to be done for over three months I am now refusing anything other than a full refund.

Lowe’s sold me a defective Side by Side for $1400 and left me to deal with the manufacturer less than 2 months after purchase. The cost, the time, the stress is immeasurable and they wiped their hands of it. Don’t make the same mistake. Buy direct from the manufacturer

Won't be shopping at Lowe's anymore. Customer service wouldn't return my lumber because it's been over 90 days. They have always returned everything. I've always shopped at this store, just lost a lifetime customer. Switching to home Depot.

Standard big box home improvement store. This one did seems little darker than most - either did not have all of the lights on or was just poorly lit. A little light on staff on a Sunday afternoon.

Don’t trust their app to say if an item is in stock or their customer service. I verified an air filter being in stock by both and their team members told me items walk off sometimes and to go to Home Depot after I arrived to find they didn’t actually have it.

Curbside pickup is the worst. Had to use it because i cannot go in the store because my kids are in the car. I got a text that my order is ready. After waiting 20minute no one showed up. I called the store someone answered “tell me.” Not a single courtesy word. Without taking my order info, he said someone is on the wayout. Waited another 10min a person showed up and was super rude. This is the worst service i have ever received from lowes.

I went there to shop and had to witnessed Kennedy who it seems to be supervisor harassing Steve . The guy is enduring migraines and as someone who suffers migraines I know what he’s going through. He asked Steve to take his sunglasses off and he told him that he has migraine and sensitive to light , and he has his doctor paper manager had already received but Kennedy wouldn’t leave him alone. It became clear to me that the guy is targeting the cashier after he asked him to take his gum out of his mouth and that employees aren’t allowed to chew gum or anything. I don’t know what Kennedy is thinking he’s doing but if it was me I would’ve left the job and sue the supervisor and the company for this. This is clear violation of someone right. The guy is clearly suffering from migraines and he’s walking on his nerves. When he told you he has headache and his paper is already turned in to the business you must leave him alone. I’ve been shopping there for a long time and Steve is a very kind and polite person and have never had any problems when checking out with Steve. I feel this supervisor is getting instructions by someone above to harass and target Steve for some reason which I don’t know but I don’t care they need to leave the man alone. He’s doing just fine and I never had any problems interacting with this cashier. It’s s shame what’s happened here.
