He is universally pleasant and has given me excellent service and advice.”

“Went in to get a color match. The employee that helped us was very kind. However, Sherwin-Williams does not allow you to get new paint if the first one does not match perfectly. They offered to add color to the current one to try and get it to match, but it still did not. The second time I went in to get the color fixed they did the color match again and it gave a different formula. But I would have had to buy another container of paint to try out that formula. Doesn’t make much sense. Just go to Menards, they allow you to exchange paint for free until they get the color right. Staff was great though!”

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about our questions and projects.We also purchased a Traeger and cannot say enough nice things about Mike! He was super knowledgeable about the product and helped us decide between two models. He also told us about the free assembly option with ACE that we didn’t know about and he got it to us (and personally delivered it!!) ahead of the timeline we were expecting so we had the weekend to grill!Great customer service all around and as someone who is super overwhelmed by hardware stores, I look forward to visiting ACE for future projects — I know I’ll be taken care of!”
