“Great hometown paint store that offered immediate help as soon as I walked in. Admittedly, I simply needed more of a color that had already been purchased from the store. But go through the week for fast service. Very polite staff.”

“This is the only place I know where you can buy real, old-school quality interior decorating tools. This is the secret notch-above-professional grade equipment which is better than most pro painters even know exist. Anyone who has any interest or passion for interior decorating should come and just see what it's like just to open their minds. Yes, it's like that.”

“Excellent customer service! This shop reminds me of how paint and hardware stores felt when I was a kid — friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in your project. The staff offered great suggestions and really took the time to help me find what would work best. I can’t remember the last time someone actually asked what I was painting, and it honestly took me by surprise in the best way. They color-matched our trim perfectly to our funky wallpaper, and their cabinet paint recommendation left such a smooth, enamel-like finish that now I’m tempted to repaint all the trim in the house. It’s rare to find this kind of personal service anymore. Highly recommend!”

“I went to this location many times and everyone is helpful but Marlyn is more than helpful. He asked me about my project and then made some recommendations that helped make my project a total success! My fence looks amazing and I am so grateful to him for making sure I was set up for success when I didn’t really ask for it.”

“We wanted to change the exterior color of our new home, and I chose yellow. However, the peculiarity of yellow made choosing a color a bit difficult. With the patient help of the salesperson, we had to go to another branch to buy the yellow we liked. Because the salesperson's attitude was so good, I decided to change the color. For us immigrants, receiving such friendly help is invaluable. I think his name is Jacob?! If I got his name wrong, he is tall, gentle, and handsome guy.”

“I LOVE this sherwin location. I usually work with Jonathon. He always has wonderful customer service skills and is very knowledgeable about their products as well as other paint products that are not strictly sherwin. I had the opportunity to go to a different store that was more convenient and closer, but I decided to go to this store and I’m glad I did! Great service, product and staff!”

“Went in to get a color match. The employee that helped us was very kind. However, Sherwin-Williams does not allow you to get new paint if the first one does not match perfectly. They offered to add color to the current one to try and get it to match, but it still did not. The second time I went in to get the color fixed they did the color match again and it gave a different formula. But I would have had to buy another container of paint to try out that formula. Doesn’t make much sense. Just go to Menards, they allow you to exchange paint for free until they get the color right. Staff was great though!”

“In the past 4 years I have really gotten into being my own home handyman. During this early transformation I tried several paint stores and settled on Sherwin-Williams on Sawmill near Home Road, mostly because of the manager, Dan H. He is universally pleasant and has given me excellent service and advice.”

“I have purchased a lot of product from Sherwin Williams and have always had a great experience, but today may have been the best. Ian was extremely knowledgeable and patient with my many questions (and calls to my wife for direction). I watched him give every customer the same personal attention and expert advice, even in fluent Spanish. He even helped me load up my truck with a dozen gallons of paint. Thank you Sherwin Williams for always having such excellent customer service and thank you Ian for taking such great pride in your work.”

“A single, elderly woman I serve had a wheel come off of her walker. She was very distressed. So I took it into an Ace and Mark and Jim took extra time to fix the wheel and make another one turn smoothly. It was a great act of kindness on their part. A valuable couple of employees!”
