“Went in to get a color match. The employee that helped us was very kind. However, Sherwin-Williams does not allow you to get new paint if the first one does not match perfectly. They offered to add color to the current one to try and get it to match, but it still did not. The second time I went in to get the color fixed they did the color match again and it gave a different formula. But I would have had to buy another container of paint to try out that formula. Doesn’t make much sense. Just go to Menards, they allow you to exchange paint for free until they get the color right. Staff was great though!”

“We wanted to change the exterior color of our new home, and I chose yellow. However, the peculiarity of yellow made choosing a color a bit difficult. With the patient help of the salesperson, we had to go to another branch to buy the yellow we liked. Because the salesperson's attitude was so good, I decided to change the color. For us immigrants, receiving such friendly help is invaluable. I think his name is Jacob?! If I got his name wrong, he is tall, gentle, and handsome guy.”

“The store is amazing. You get personal attention, more so than you do at larger retail stores. They have a wonderful display of grills and offer very competitive pricing. Becki was particularly helpful and extremely pleasant to work with. Zach also was very kind and welcoming. This store really is a great place to get just about anything you need!”
