“Great service by Chris. I am disabled and it is hard to get out of my vehicle. He came to me and got what he needed, then fix me the paint and brought it out to me. I highly recommend Ohio Auto Kolor.”

“Mr. Joesph has been helpful to me on multiple occasions. His employees are awesome and that is a clear example of his leadership. If you have the option of this store vs another, choose this one for great and friendly service!”

“Excellent customer service! This shop reminds me of how paint and hardware stores felt when I was a kid — friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in your project. The staff offered great suggestions and really took the time to help me find what would work best. I can’t remember the last time someone actually asked what I was painting, and it honestly took me by surprise in the best way. They color-matched our trim perfectly to our funky wallpaper, and their cabinet paint recommendation left such a smooth, enamel-like finish that now I’m tempted to repaint all the trim in the house. It’s rare to find this kind of personal service anymore. Highly recommend!”

“About what you would expect. Note that the lighting in the paint swatch area is crazy-- you have to pick up every single swatch you're interested in, because it looks vastly different the moment you take it out from under their spotlights.”

“I want to give a special shout-out to Dylan at Sherwin-Williams. Every time I walk into the store, he makes me feel like I’m at home. He is always welcoming, kind, and genuinely happy to help. No question is ever too small or too silly for him. Even though he’s still fairly new, he is incredibly proactive and has already developed an impressive knowledge of paint products and the industry. If he doesn’t immediately know an answer, he goes out of his way to find it. As a local painting contractor, I truly appreciate the level of customer service and professionalism he brings every time I visit. Employees like Dylan make a real difference and are a big reason why I continue to choose Sherwin-Williams. Keep up the outstanding work!”

“Def need more people like Ismael, Johnny, and Sara in the world! I came in to pick some paint colors — Sarah (Clintonville store) walked me through the color options for my bathrooms just by telling her the style/design and color schemes — so impressive! Also, I blew out my tire right before my paint trip and Ismael and Johnny helped me with that. Hands down best customer service ever! Would recommend this paint store. Thanks again guys!”

“I LOVE this sherwin location. I usually work with Jonathon. He always has wonderful customer service skills and is very knowledgeable about their products as well as other paint products that are not strictly sherwin. I had the opportunity to go to a different store that was more convenient and closer, but I decided to go to this store and I’m glad I did! Great service, product and staff!”

“I went in just to use the bathroom, but I’m leaving this review because Rayn and Brian were incredibly kind. I’m diabetic, and when I have to go, I have to go. They didn’t ask any questions and even offered me something sweet when they realized my sugar level was low. They gave me many options—which is a problem for me because I’m indecisive (please don’t give me options next time, even if I ask!)—but their hot chocolate was really good. Thank you for being kind. The world needs more people like Rayn and Brian.”
