“Excellent customer service! This shop reminds me of how paint and hardware stores felt when I was a kid — friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in your project. The staff offered great suggestions and really took the time to help me find what would work best. I can’t remember the last time someone actually asked what I was painting, and it honestly took me by surprise in the best way.
They color-matched our trim perfectly to our funky wallpaper, and their cabinet paint recommendation left such a smooth, enamel-like finish that now I’m tempted to repaint all the trim in the house. It’s rare to find this kind of personal service anymore. Highly recommend!”

So headed to Sutherlands and found a wonderful sales associate that not only helped me find the right thing but gave me some insight to the problem I was having with the shower. Hade it fixed in 30 mins good as new. With the money I saved on the Plumber was able to up Grade. to a better setup. “Everyone is very helpful. I've found their paints and stains last longer than other brands. Especially their deck stains. I've used Mountain Ash Super Deck on my deck for years. Beautiful long lasting stain. The Super Deck products are the best. Prices are comparable and you can usually find a coupon that makes it even better.”
