I have 6 kids and as you can imagine, I have shopped in multiple different shoe stores. This is the first time in my life where I have met two of the most amazing employees. With my 6 kids, every time I go to the store, employees always get frustrated with me. But this time, things were different. The manager of the store Gabby was so patient, caring, helpful, and amazing in every way which made me and my kids feel very welcome and comfortable. The assistant Brianna was also very welcoming, nice, and supportive. They both made me feel like I was shopping in my own house. Like I was family. Gabby and Brianna, thank you for this amazing shopping experience, you guys went above and beyond and I cannot thank you enough.

Very high di satisfaction
One of their employees is sick and was coughing all around the store
But thats not the worst part
My mom was trying some shoes shes sitting down minding her business when that employee that was coughing walks by my mom and just as she walks pass her she coughs a lot , literally so close my mom felt uncomfortable, she takes care of a newborn and the least she wants is someone coughing on her face and getting her sick!!! Keep your sick employees at home please! How inconsiderate of others!!

I had a disappointing experience. The staff were neither friendly nor helpful. I asked for assistance, they seemed uninterested and unwilling to help. It made the whole shopping experience uncomfortable.

My experience was great up until I made it to the register. There was a manager, white man, with white hair, and glasses talking down to one of the ladies working there. He tone was rude, condescending, and he was speaking to her like he thought she was less than a person. No one who manages people should treat people that was. Saturday, April 5th, around 3:00PM.

We love Miranda!!! Every time we have stopped in, she has been incredibly welcoming and made every effort to find us what we wanted. She’s personable and always has a smile! We actually look forward to seeing her when we stop in!

I always shop this store when I'm in need of a pair of shoes!
This year the manager, Gabby, and her staff have allowed me to pick up empty shoe boxes for my mom's Operation Christmas Child charity. It's a big project, and any recycled boxes reduces the number that Mom's group otherwise has to purchase. This year's shipment was over 4000 filled boxes, and work continues for the November, 2025, deadline.
Many thanks again for your ongoing support of Operation Christmas Child!!

An employee tried to hide and sell me $80+ boots with scuffs and scratches. Specifically on the boot she brought from the back. She didn’t even try and and explain the issue or ask if I still wanted to purchase the boots even with the one being scuffed and scratched. She just brought the boot up to the front, put it in the box, closed the lid and tried to sell it to me. If I hadn’t reopened the box and examined that boot I’d have bought them without knowing until I got home. Sneaky! I don’t recommend shopping here and if you do, check the condition of the footwear they bring out of the back for you. Since each box only has one piece of footwear inside for anti theft reasons.

The staff were very rude and they started to say that they were closed 25 min before their closing time. We were about to get some shoes and an employee walked passed us and said that they were already closed. They already had the gate half way down so you had to duct to get out. Staff was rude and unprofessional, will not be returning.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Staff is rude and very unprofessional. Tried to close the store an hour early as far as closing the gates so people can't get in and out. Then said they close at 5pm when it was already after 5pm when I got there. We asked why they lied about closing time and then refused to check us out and screamed at us and across the store. Closing gates with people in there is a fire safety Hazzard. Debbie the manager was the rudest of them all. Never go.

They employees as soon as we walked in we're screaming about let's just close now at 5pm. They close at 6pm. They locked us in to prevent customers from getting in. Refused to check us out before they said they closed at 5:15pm. The staff was extremely rude.
