My kids have been training at the Spot for over a year now, and I am very happy with the work Maeve has done with them. They have improved their strength, speed, running form, and overall athleticism. Plus they really enjoy training with her in this amazing gym.

Emily is the best. Her 5:30 am class is amazing. She pushes you hard, but it a good way. She makes adjustments for mobility issues, and makes it possible to work out hard.
