“Cynthia the store manager and every employee that assisted me were amazing. I had an older bear that my girlfriends mom had given her that had stopped working. The staff went above and beyond to help get her moms voice back on the bear and even cleaned, combed and restuffed the bear without me even asking. A truly heartfelt experience. I would recommend this store to anyone.Thank you all”

“I decided to go to a baby music class with my sister and nephew as their guest... Talk about a cute place for mommies and their babies to go that's nestled in a small town toy store's back playroom area. The atmosphere of the room is super cute and relaxing. The instructor Ms. Emily who leads the class has songs from the time you come in and sit down to where you leave and say your goodbyes! A very welcoming and happy environment to be in. Loved how the music class turned into a small workout throughout the session! Had an amazing time! Would highly recommend checking this place out if you have little ones and you're looking for something to do!”

“Ollie's has some good collection of work books at heavy discounts. If you have kids studying in school in early grades, they have good work books to keep them busy. I also see a decent variety of books for the kids. I also find lot of items at lower price. I would recommend a visit to see what works best.Gave 4 stars as their checkout is not very fast with one or two cash registers working.”

“Excellent store to have a bit of fun with friends. We had no idea where to go, all the normal options felt boring so we decided to try this place out and it was a hit. There is a shelf with board games and you can pick whatever you like to sit down at their tables and play, all for free! Highly recommend and I will be coming back”

“Review edit as of 9/19:I spoke with the district manager and had a wonderful conversation. He apologized, understood, and did everything he could to make it right. Excellent customer service.I went into the store to get my items today that had been processed and spoke with the store manager, Tori. She also apologized and said if I ever had trouble again to please have someone get her and bring it to her attention.Owning up to issues and handling them is what a customer is looking for. Thank you both for remedying the situation.I’ve been coming here for years, and just in the past year it’s gone downhill terribly.I called ahead and asked if they were taking items, loaded everything up and drove over, just for them to tell me they’re not taking anything and too full. Frustrating to say the least.Then I finally found a time they would take my items. Sold a decent amount of things, but realized a part of a costume was in my “passing” items. I asked where the rest of the costume was since it wasn’t in either of my bins (buying or passing). The girl in charge said my bag was likely overflowing and it’s not their problem. I have been selling here for 5 years, I know not to make them too full. So my costume is likely floating around in someone else’s bag and I didn’t get paid for it, or receive it back. She was rude, didn’t offer a solution, or even attempt to fix it. If you want to sell clothes here, just drive a little further and go to the Sawmill location. Their customer experience is much better.”
