“This is the greatest toy shop I have ever been to and it lives up to expectations. I drove here from Maryland and was just enamored with everything they had in the shop. From marvel to DC, to transformers and so so much more, they truly have something for any collector looking to add something to their collection. Great inventory but even greater staff! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and truly knew their stuff and even cut me a deal on a long time grail for my collection that I never would’ve expected to be able to add to my collection. On top of the grail, I was able to add so many deep cuts of favorite characters that I have had a hard time finding in other shops or online for a good price and here they had them! My shelves are going to look even cooler than before! Big Fun was the highlight of my trip and I already cannot wait to return soon!”

“I love the unique toys and activities that Lakeshore sells but what keeps me coming back to the store in person rather than shopping online are the store associates. They are so kind and welcoming but not at all high pressure, just genuinely lovely folks. When I have any kids with me, they say hi to the kiddos and are always great with them as well. Highly recommend this store if you are on the hunt for creative and unique toys/science kits or need anything for a classroom! Also, if you aren't quite sure what you are looking for, the friendly associates will be more than happy to help!”

“Lots of neat licensed toys for videogames, films and TV shows. Decently large collection of records as well. Prices are fairly high, but pretty standard for a mall.”

“Excellent quality and service. Ordered a Olivier alternate jersey last month and received it within the 4-6 week timeline given. It was well put together and I can’t wait to wear it next season! The only thing I can mention is some of the sewing stitches are a bit frayed but that’s an easy fix with a pair of scissors. Aside from that, great jersey!”

“Pretty cool store. Decent variety of stuff. More games and puzzles than anything. If you’re looking for those I’d come here. If you’re looking for actual toys I’d go elsewhere. Prices were a bit high.”

“Solid Local Option — Convenient and Reliable This store is my go‑to location simply because it’s so close to home, and it consistently gets the job done. The store is always clean, the selection is good, and the prices are fair, which makes buying and selling here pretty straightforward. The staff is generally professional, though not the friendliest — interactions are usually fine, just not warm or particularly welcoming. The biggest downside is the parking lot, which is genuinely terrible and can make quick visits more frustrating than they should be. Even with those drawbacks, it’s still my most convenient stop. That said, the Westerville and Dublin locations remain my top choices overall thanks to better layouts, friendlier staff, and easier parking.”
