first time mailing and overseas package and Eric was very helpful and detailed in explaining the customs form. long line/wait time due to it being a weekend before the holidays and there being only one postal worker in the entire building so factor that into your plans if you're planning to go.

Employees always helpful for the last 15+ yrs. Wish more people would rate this USPS not just those who had a bad experience. Think about the number of people that use this p.o each year and only 80 reviews total somehow.
