Eric and Mitzi are amazing and very helpful! Plus there's usually two people working.

first time mailing and overseas package and Eric was very helpful and detailed in explaining the customs form. long line/wait time due to it being a weekend before the holidays and there being only one postal worker in the entire building so factor that into your plans if you're planning to go.
