  My package was scheduled to be delivered and when I checked the status is marked delivered but it's nowhere to be found. I tried to reach them through Amazon and they keep hanging up on me. I can't believe they are doing this. I've been waiting for this since Monday it's a birthday gift for a family member. They ruined all my plan. I will report this to BBB.

  Watched two people in a row ask for fragile stickers on their packages. The employee then HUCKED them all into their intake bin. Same employee was answering personal calls while helping people.
  
  This is why your packages arrive damaged. This is why things get lost in the mail. Employees just don't care

  Absolutely disgusting way of doing business while continuously raising prices every chance they get. Two items ordered following tracking on each and BOTH shown in location. One gets delivered that day. The other one apparently this post office decided to view the box for around 4-5 days while it sits in their building NOT delivered 🤬
  Meanwhile shipping items out takes much more time that it should some even weeks when it should take a couple days all while they whine about losing money and raising costs to consumers once again.
  This business is nothing but a complete failure on its own accord. The consumer uses yet the company can't do what they are paid for and of course union doesn't help that either .

  I was out and about in the area and had a prepaid priority mail package to drop off. I handed the package directly to an employee and went on with my day.
  That was December 3rd, and my package tracking still shows as being at this post office location.
  This was a time sensitive and expensive package and I have now had to spend over two hours both on the phone and on the website to figure out what happened.
  Really blows my mind how this is even possible and it is beyond inconvenient.

  I went to this location and have to say I had the worst experience here with customer service ever. I try to return my package with free return because the “company were partnership with USPS”. When I arrived the guy refuse to put a label on my package because he could provide me tape and telling me have to purchase it and do it on my own. Will never come back again. Terrible customer service.

  Friendly staff and quickly serviced. It was clean and organized and I was in and out in less than five minutes- even with mailing out several packages.

  Just had an awful experience with someone named Mitzi. She was rude and hostile to several people in line before me. Unclear with communication, didnt explain things. Worst experience ive ever had trying to ship something.

  Steve, the janitor was super helpful. He went above and beyond and help me load a bunch of packages into my car. He didn’t have to do that but I really appreciate it.

  Friendly, helpful clerks and a fast-moving line (if there even is one). Kiosk is crucial during off-hours. Best post office I’ve ever lived by!

  Just moved here and a tad nervous using a Post Office ( we lived where we had use of one in our building). The Gentleman was rude , and called me out on a mistake I made pushing yes instead of no button.. He took his merry old time waiting on me also.. never again will I go to that specific place !!

  If you’re a small business, do not, I repeat, do not use this post office. They micromanage weights and delay orders for no reason. If you’re a few ounces off, they send it back it’s ridiculous. Worst post office ever.
