Walked in earlier in the day to ask about an issue with my phone. They put me on their waitlist and said there were 3 people ahead of me and would text me when it was my turn. I never got a text. I went back after work to find a lobby full of people with no associates to be found. Would not recommend this verizon store.

I purchased an iPhone 16 yesterday. Customer service was good. Staff are professional and helpful. But the wait time to get the product out of the inside room was more than 30 minutes. I’ve been to other stores and I never had to wait that long before. I’m assuming it’s a one time issue and therefore they are getting 3.5 stars from me. The reason there are not 4 is the hidden prices. You will have to ask questions and double check the fine print before signing anything.

THE worst company ever… shady sales people!!!!! BE CAREFUL and do your research before you go to Verizon store or just avoid store and do it online! they don’t tell you everything when they sell you devices. You will most likely end up walking out with “free” devices and “free” holiday gifts and extra phone lines with 3 year contracts :).

Wish I could give 0 stars. The staff is super unhelpful and acts put out when they have to assist you. After helping a client they immediately go in a back room and hide. -1/10 experience.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Elle “helped” me today and I ended up leaving the store because she was so rude. I even said to her “I can tell you’re getting irritated with me which is going to make me irritated so I’ll just go somewhere else”. She was making comments “under her breath” that I could clearly hear. Thank goodness I went to the Polaris location and they were able to help me effortlessly without being rude.

I visited the store right at opening, was greeted immediately by Juan, and what an absolute bang up job he did in helping me. I had purchased an S24 ultra, the order had been totally botched by Verizon. It was a pre order, promised to me by 8 pm same day for a 15.00 charge. Didn't see the phone for 5 more days, order wasn't as promised. I walked in with the new phone still sealed in the shipped box in case I wanted to cancel it. Juan saved the day, was so professional and just a solid person. Great customer service skills. He's going places.

What should have been a in and out took an hour sales person had to keep running to the back to check even though he had a tablet in his hands inventory not matching up with what's in stock stock.

Went in to upgrade my phone, thought everything went okay until the next bill summary arrived. The gentleman helping me charged my card for $142 twice, signed me up for the Verizon Protect plan that I declined, and also told me that Disney+ would definitely be cheaper if we transferred our membership to Verizon. Turns out it wasn’t…but he also told me that he could set up my new phone for $30 and ensure that my old photos wouldn’t transfer onto my new phone (my biggest concern) so I went ahead and paid. Halfway through he tells me he can’t prevent the photos from transferring and that I can just delete them off my phone later and they’ll remain in iCloud. Ok, sounds like what I wanted, until I get home and do exactly that but iCloud tells me it will delete the photos from there too if I delete them off of my phone. Womp womp, don’t recommend this location or the employee. Luckily overhead Verizon and their 1800 # are correcting the multiple erroneous charges.

This store has once again proved that everyone there is only interested in helping you only if you're wanting to spend more money. If you want your account adjusted or something else you're just told to go online. Employees are insincere and don't care that you took time out of your day to go there.

I have the worst experience, I went to upgrade one of my kids Gizmo watch, they ended up adding a new line to my account and I am paying for extra line that I do not use, and for the new watch they added a line without a number and I had to go fix this problem in an other Verizon store and when I went to them to cancel the unused line they started, their solution was to call Verizon customer service .. with all that .. the attitude was indescribable ...

The manager of the store, Dylan Stewart, provided us with OUTSTANDING customer service last night. During the transfer of info to a new phone bought online, the final steps were not able to be completed. This became a complicated problem. Dylan worked over an hour and a half past the store closing time to ensure the phone would be in good working order for me. He was professional, patient, and kind beyond words. I can't thank him enough, and I hope he gets recognized by corporate for his work ethic.
