This store has once again proved that everyone there is only interested in helping you only if you're wanting to spend more money. If you want your account adjusted or something else you're just told to go online. Employees are insincere and don't care that you took time out of your day to go there.

I have the worst experience, I went to upgrade one of my kids Gizmo watch, they ended up adding a new line to my account and I am paying for extra line that I do not use, and for the new watch they added a line without a number and I had to go fix this problem in an other Verizon store and when I went to them to cancel the unused line they started, their solution was to call Verizon customer service .. with all that .. the attitude was indescribable ...

The manager of the store, Dylan Stewart, provided us with OUTSTANDING customer service last night. During the transfer of info to a new phone bought online, the final steps were not able to be completed. This became a complicated problem. Dylan worked over an hour and a half past the store closing time to ensure the phone would be in good working order for me. He was professional, patient, and kind beyond words. I can't thank him enough, and I hope he gets recognized by corporate for his work ethic.

Ordered a phone online and picked it up in store for trade in asked if they had the trade in kits because that’s how I returned my phone previously and the associate told me all I would need to do was take it to any Verizon store and I didn’t need a kit anymore. Only for me to go to another Verizon corporate store and have them tell me I can’t just bring my phone in and need to mail it in. Only for me to call Verizon support and have them tell me I should’ve been able to return it to any corporate Verizon store. I say all this to say know your policies Verizon I just wasted so much time only to have to order a trade in kit myself.

My phone started acting up and I needed one rather urgently. Since I work until 6, I wasn’t able to get there hours before, which is apparently how much time they need to be helpful at all.As soon as we walked in, we were made aware they would be closing soon before they even asked what we needed. They didn’t have any phones available without downgrading and told us they didn’t move data or anything over which I know is untrue since I’ve had it done there before. The employee made it very clear he had no interest in helping us at all and didn’t answer any questions or elaborate on any information and then got annoyed when we asked him to explain what he meant. We left within 5 minutes because he made it pretty clear we were inconveniencing him. Do better!

Went to your Tuttle location to upgrade my phone today your sales associate Samantha was not very helpful. Try to get some information on the flip phones. Her response was it a flip phone here what your service will cost.I did not feel comfortable purchasing the phone so left.

Verizon is terribly difficult to get on the phone, their sales people are very pushy and will flat out lie to you and try to manipulate you. I wish my mom would cancel them after over 20 years of service we get treated like we're worthless.

Alex the Army Vet was awesome! He helped me out without making me buy anything. I was lucky to come in at a not busy time so he could take time to explain and understand my issues!
