“Jason and everyone at COW were great to work with! I came to them with hood damage and gave them a couple of extra fix requests on my older Honda. They fixed my hood at the quoted amount and took care of the extra needs of my aging automobile at a reasonable charge. Honest, straight-forward, and fair pricing on parts and labor. I highly recommend!!!”
“I have a long history here and they have always done me right. I ordered a set of wheels and tires for my truck and decided I didnt want them and the salesman told me there was a restocking fee. I was ok with that, I did place the order. He called me later to tell me that the wheels/tires they had ordered where the wrong ones for my truck and wouldn't fit. So he did not charge me the restocking fee. I did end up buying 7 tires for my dually and most recently I brought my daughter's Honda CRV in and they evaluated the tires for free. It's a quality place and the prices are decent. The downsides? Long waits but they do have an air conditioned lobby. My advice is, do not buy used tires, comparison shop, then try these folks out and see what you think.”

In my case I needed to replace wheels and I was provided a few price point options. Wheel Medic then took the time to order what I requested. Install was quick to schedule and an easy wait. “I visited the Sawmill road location to have a tire replaced on March 11 2026.
I was informed by the tech that on another tire the tread was extremely low.
I told them I couldn't afford to buy two tires at this time and they told me some payment options but they wouldn't work for me at the time.
They expressed their concern for my safety but understood my situation.
When they where finished with my vehicle they called me up to the counter to pay and I assured them that I would be back as soon as possible to replace the other tire.
The supervisor named Joseph said no need you have two new tires on your vehicle.
I was shocked and didn't believe what I was hearing I gave him a thank you handshake and a hug.
I've never had anyone go to the lengths they did to help a costumer out.
I will definitely give them my business from now on.
