“I’m a resident here and my toilet and shower was not working back to back. James the maintenance man came out both times and fixed both my issues. He went above and beyond and replaced the items that were messing up so I wouldn’t have any issues in the future. He was really nice and thorough and explained everything perfectly! He’s definitely amazing at his job. I really enjoy living here at Willoughby Hills Towers!”
“I'm leaving a review for the West building at Gates Mill Place. I just wanted to say that Ms. Anita Williams, the resident service representative, is the best! She's always smiling and has a bright attitude. My son is a resident at the building going on 3 years and every time I visit she's so pleasant. I asked her why there isn't any soft music playing in the lobby, because it seems like it would brighten the area to match her energy. She said it wasn't allowed. I don't know, but from all of the work that she does in the building I think that would be nice. It's just a suggestion but either way I think. K & D knows how to pick the the right people. Thanks”

“I wanted to be placed on a wait list and expected a usual routine of coming for an appointment, answering questions and filling an application by hand. But I was pleasantly surprised. On K&D website I was able to do everything online, uploaded a photo of my drivers license and pdf of my bank statement, both filled in and signed the application electronically, from the comfort of my home. It took about half an hour or so. Didn't tour an apartment yet but I have lived in K&D owned apartments before and I know for a fact that they take care of their apartment buildings. Beats me why everybody else will have you do all this in person. C'mon now, it's the 21st century, after all. Kudos to K&D! I totally enjoyed the procress of filling in an application online.”
“Great place to live. Very well kept, friendly owner and maintenance is always on top of things. Pet friendly, with friendly neighbors. Workout room and banquet center is nice, the heated pool is nice in the summer.”
“I have lived in the townhouses in Wickliffe for about 3 years and have had no issues they even gave us a complementary carpet clean which turned out great! Brittany(I think that is her name?) in the leasing office is amazing she is always so nice and has a fast response time with any questions I may have. With everyone we have dealt with she is hands down the friendliest!
Our maintenance guy Jeff is super nice as well always makes small talk and says hi when we see him around the properties.”
“I lived here for two years and while there were a few bumps in the road when I first moved in I can confidently say it was a great place to live. My apartment was extremely spacious, maintenance and leasing managers would handle issues quickly and it is in a great location: 20 mins to downtown and a mile from Little Italy. Moving out was a breeze and I will miss this location! My only complaint was the trash bins, they often overflowed and some residents seemed to leave their trash on the fire escape regularly which is a hazard should an emergency occur but overall a great apartment for 2 years.”

“.........UPDATE DEPOSIT WAS RETURNED I'm giving them 2 stars until my security deposit is return. I moved out on January 31,23 and have yet to receive my deposit.i spoke to lady in the office (seems to not care about my concern about my deposit) said they have 45 days to return a deposit.state of ohio says 30days. If I don't receive my deposit by march 8,24 I will be filing a claim with the court.”

“Ever since the new maintenance guy they have hired yards are cleaned trash is always picked up he is extremely kind to the tenants and gets to the problem pretty quickly even after he's off work just wanted to say thank you for finally hiring someone that cares about the facility he cleans up the yards so there isn't dog poo everywhere ect thanks Rick your doing great really helps to know if something is broken you'll get to it with a smile ?”
“That's one of my part-time jobs W/ my client it's fair, I'm not going to say it's the bom!! cause it's not,,it's a low income building, I believe. & When I arrived there in the morning it is a small amount of people that hang out in the parking lot & outside of the building. When you park in the parking lot it is uneven it's like a downhill extremely wopsided ground,, so if you're visiting someone there be ready to climb a hill be ready to pull up or down the hill exercising your legs will really be tired, if you're not used to walking.”

“I lived in one of the smaller studio units here for two years, and had a great experience with this apartment complex. The area is quiet and parking is never an issue. The rooms retain heat well in the winter and the updated laundry rooms with phone app balances are never too busy. Office staff and maintenance were always courteous to me, and quick to reply to voicemails or emails. I moved out of state, but wouldn't hesitate to recommend people rent here.”
